Needs more info on site

Website said trail for primitive was good for beginners. It isn’t. That was a pretty difficult trail. Also for primitive don’t plan on bringing anything other than a backpack cause you will need your arms for support during certain climbs. They need photos of actual trail w/ site photos.

This little campground was awesome. Very close to the highway but not too close LOL. Good food to eat within 20 minutes all the shopping you need for traveling. staff and the owners awesome. All the sites are super easy to get in and out even with my Big Rig !!

Best campground in Huntsville

Has it all!  Outdoors, big sites, hiking, places to bike, playground, shade, state park in town!  We have camped here at least twice a year for over 20 yrs.

Nice weekend stay

We needed a place for the weekend in Huntsville and this campground was shady and people in office are nice. It’s great if you need to just have a place to stay while visiting attractions in Huntsville.

We checked into this campsite after a disastrous experience and the previous one that we were already checked into. We stayed in a premium site which was level with a concrete pad, a cute little bistro table and a picnic table. The gravel was nicely manicured the concrete pad was pristine and the…

Our Hometown Favorite

We are partial to this campground as this is where we lived and started hiking/trail running. Now it is a great spot to camp when we come back to the area to visit our family. The sites are spacious and level. The bathroom/shower are clean and during the winter, they are extremely warm. We have…

So/so

The campground is not kept up particularly well, and nobody ever seems to be in the office.
