I really liked the park. it was clean and bathrooms were clean.
campground is close to beach, which is the big draw. there are a lot of activities in the area that makes the park attractive to visit.
on the downside it is crowded and the sites are close together.
there were no issues…
Had a ton of fun with our small family reunion at Pirateland! Not all of us had campers, so the fact that the campground offered cabins next to campsites was a big plus for us! Activities are tons of fun! Our crew really enjoyed candy bar bingo and karaoke! All is family friendly! Campground is…

We had a tent site here for the weekend and were overrun with our neighbors children. No one was governing the curfews or the maximum allowed per campsite. There was literally a family of almost 50 people in two tent sites next to us. And they were there with the people on the other side of us.…

You need to stay at least 2 nights otherwise they won't you camp.
Had a great time
Short-stay is a beautiful camp right on Lake Moultrie a short distance from Charleston, SC. They have descent wifi and an pretty well stocked camp store, but the main attraction is huge Lake Moultrie. Great for fishing, swimming, camping, RV, and much more. There is a swimming beach and the camp…

This place has everything! Literally. A market, arcade, snake bar, equipment rental, water park, mini golf, and on and on... I have stayed in Surfside Beach hotels before and love falling to sleep listening to the waves crashing on shore. I never thought I could do the same and bring my own…

Nice park with a good layout. Short walk from camping area to the beach. Boardwalk for fishing. Can be crowded.
We have been going to Ocean Lakes for over 20 years. We started out taking our daughter, and now are taking our grandkids. OC is definitely our happy place. A+++
Every camping adventure has a mix of upsides and downsides and I would describe my experience here at Myrtle Beach State Park as being a case of these two extremities.
On the one hand, for camping purists who are looking to truly 'get away from it all' and find a nice stretch of hidden oasis…

MBTP is a great campground to stay at. They have lots of bathroom facilities. The beach front is amazing. Service was always polite and very helpful.
MYBTP is hands-down the finest RV & travel trailer accommodation in Myrtle Beach! Generation after generation bias of this campground as their family’s “home away from home” for decades. Facilities, constant improvements, cleanliness, amenities, and staff friendliness are only a few of the…
Took the kids here during spring break for many years in a row. Nice ⛱ beach, they loved it!
We have been camping at this SP for several years now and we always enjoy it.
Access to the beach, camp store, and grocery all within a short golf cart ride. It’s also convenient to all local attractions. Many dislike being next door to the airport but we enjoy watching the planes and our 1 year…
We just visited the Myrtle Beach KOA and stayed in one of their rustic camping cabins. First the good — The staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The campground was generally clean and there was a reasonable amount of space between the sites. Now the bad — we arrived at 4:30pm to check…
