Very dusty. Not much ground cover other than trees. The sites are all within view of each other. The lake is very pretty.

Klamath Falls KOA

Great RVPark, offering camping, propane, gasoline at an affordable price, full hook-ups, store, level sites. We were escorted to our site and was asked if it worked for us and if we needed anything else, within a few minutes we also received a text asking us the same, very professional. The…

Surprising attraction this year

This lake is empty now (2021) and it’s a nice surprise to cross the barren lake bottom to see many different terrains. Would be a nice discovery trip for kids finding lake bottom treasures. There are many active bugs here too, for the entomologist in you. It’s a well maintained and healthy forest…

Great campground right outside crater lake

Great campground that offers trash cans, water and bathroom. There is a nice trail on the site that brings you to the state park (1.3 miles). Only $10 a night!!! About 40 minutes from crater lake. There’s a very nice camp host. No fire wood for sale but, lots to go and grab. Huge sites and great…

Beautiful and tranquil

Whether you come by yourself, spouse, pet or kids, this place has it all! Basketball area, exercise, ping pong, canoe, pontoon, trampoline and more! Word has it, they're making an area for a BATTING CAGE! What RV resort have you ever heard of with that?!

Nice quiet overnight stop

This was a quiet campground w no fee, a good stopover on our way north. Sites were spread well apart and the vault toilets were clean. Water was not yet turned on. The campground host said May 1 he hoped there’d be water. There was a recent fire and we had to drive through a burned section of…

Pretty spot

Overnighted as we headed north. Quiet campground, campsites are well dispersed. Bathrooms were as clean as can be expected for pit toilets. No cost for the night

Nice little campground off of 97

We stayed here one night on our way north on 97. Campground is in a quiet forest setting although a little highway noise can be heard from a distance. Still a little snow on the ground in early April. Sites were large and surrounded by lodge pole pines. Vault toilets were super-cleaned and well…

Nice Sno-Park with fire rings, pit toilets and warming station

Did one night here on a long road trip where a quick stop in Crater Lake was on the sightseeing list. There were a few RV's with generators running and a large group that gathered in and spent the night inside the warming station, so with COVID we never went inside, despite a friendly invite to…

Not bad for a free site

We ended up here because we couldn’t get a spot at any of the campgrounds nearby. Sounds like that’s a pretty common problem in the area, so I would recommend it in a pinch. PROS: free, plenty of space, overlooks a pretty meadow, nice trail CONS: next to the road, felt a little exposed, extremely…

BEAUTIFUL

Gorgeous primitive campground nestled among the tall pines. Sites have picnic tables and fire rings, but no electric, water or sewer onsite. There’s no potable water so make sure you bring what you need. There are two vault toilets. Campsites will fit a variety of needs, including longer campers,…

Simple, Easy, and Buggy

Clean and simple campground. Twelve sites (three pull into spots and 9 where you park seperate and then walk around a fence to the tent site). 2 semi clean vault toilets, nothing to write home about but also fairly clean by comparison to others. Beautiful little lake/Creek next to the campground,…
