This park can fit all sizes of rig and many sites are full hookup with 30/50a , water & sewer. Shaded trees help keep campers cooler. Winds pop up daily so watch your awnings.
This park us near Biggs Junction with truck stops by T/A and Pilot + several other stations with diesel.
July 2020 - We stayed one night on our way to another campground. We were pleasantly surprised. All the campsites with drive up parking were taken so we stayed in the hiker's/backpacking area. There is a parking lot with wagons to haul your stuff to and from the campsite. There was also a small…

I like trains as much as the next person, yet trains run by at night every 20 to 30 minutes and sound their horns. There is road noise which is easily heard from campsites.
The host during our stay is rather abrupt and not real friendly.
The grounds are well maintained and there was…
Nice walking trails and access to brewery. Beautiful shade trees!!
Just a heads up, as of June 3 2021, there are signs everywhere saying there is a camping ban - day use only.
We usually cross the Columbia River into Washington state at Biggs Junction, Oregon. We don’t want to stay at Maryhill State Park in Washington as we had stayed there before. We found this campground on our Benchmark Oregon Atlas.
There are separate areas for RVs who want full hookups and those…
This is an update on a previous review I wrote.
We stayed here again this time in mid-May and it was completely full. Despite that, it felt peaceful and lovely. We stayed in loop T with our van. Only $10 per site plus $8 for the reservation online. They allow vehicles up to 24 ft in this…
I use my Prius as a camper, with my pup, and we loved our time here in May 2021. To be free and pull right along the Columbia River with waves crashing…how can you beat that?! There is a train and highways close but not bothersome to me in the least. The sun is amazing and the restroom is very…
We stayed a few nights here and really enjoyed it. Sunbathed on the rocky beach as our dogs swam in the river! NOTED the coordinates listed bring you across the river into Washington on a rough rocky dirt road.. make sure you use exit 109 on I84 to find this awesome spot!
Very nice place to camp with the family. Exceptionally clean facilities for bathrooms and showers. Great bike trails too.
If you enjoy hiking, mountain biking and fishing, then this campground is for you. We typically stay in the first come first serve. Great staff and camp hosts. Love this place!
We've camped here twice, and it's a fine campground. There are several campsite areas, and we've only stayed in the "T" loop, at the back of the campground. We did here the trains at night, but it never bothered us and we didn't hear any road noise despite the proximity to the…
We have stayed here over night 3 times in the past few years. We travel with our self contained travel trailer, so have no data on the facilities. Yes, if you like trains in thenight... and through out the day, you will love this stop. We will stay again on our next time through the area.
Had a great time watching trains, fishing etc.
Very nice place to camp.
