Beautiful beach camping

Very nice. Reservable on RA, free hot showers, clean flush toilets, drinking water. Spots in the woods have nice privacy, spots in loop B are open and good for solar set ups. All spots close to the beach, I fell asleep to the sound of the surf. Lovely

Small CG, convenient location

We are full-timers in a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow. We were in site 8 for 4 days in mid September. The CG is relatively small, and although the sites fairly closely spaced but not right on top of each other, they are angled such that you’re not looking in each others’ windows. The…

Clean and private

Private spots with great access to surrounding area. Beach access walking distance from all the sites. I would have given the campsite five stars but roads are narrow and with long trailers or RV’s it is tight getting in.

Dory Days at Cape Kiwanda

We have stayed here every year during Dori days for the last seven years. They have a parade in town with vendors along the side of the road. There are lots of little shops and plenty of food. The bar in town has some of the best food we have eaten on the road. The campground is just a short walk…

Beautiful location, loud guests

Beautiful location, just a short walk to the beach. The only downside is it is very crowded. We stayed two nights in two different spots - in C loop and A loop. Barking dogs and raccoons rustling around in the trees in C loop and in A loop, our neighbors let their baby cry all night. While…

Great site

We come here every year. It’s a crowded campground but stays pretty quiet. I like that the beach is just over the hill and is quite pretty.

Great beach side campsite

This is a great site with lots of amenities for families - playground, local hiking trails on campgrounds, beach access, and even an amphitheater for ranger programs when available.

This worked well for us and our little one because there are flush toilets and private showers with door locks. As a…

Stroll to the beach

We picked a tent spot based on the online map - not too bad but there are definitely some better, more secluded spots. No matter where you land, the ocean is an easy stroll. T-Mobile signal was a little spotty, but I was usually able to get a medium signal with a little effort.

Nice, but shady

Lovely trees block the sunlight, slightly larger site. Nice campground showers.

Beautiful scenic getaway

I love this campground it’s about 40 minutes from Portland and is a perfect retreat from the city life; that being said there is no cell service whatsoever. There’s lots of trails and a couple bathrooms. The spots are nice especially on the B loop but too close together for my liking. Other than…

Close to Oregon beach!

We love coming to Devil’s Lake! We can walk to the beach, take our kayaks out for a cruise, and go skiing or toobing on the lake. The restrooms are clean and showers hot. It’s an easy drive over from Portland.

Misty, big waves, beach bonfires, Long Beach walk

Campground is just behind a bluff from the beach, so can’t hear waves but it’s less than 5 minutes away and no roads to cross. Clean toilets and showers. State campground, so standard fees and amenities. Several campfires on the beach, kids having a blast. Nice mist rolled in at night. The walk to…
