Nice State park with several lakes

Hard to find a spot, at least in the summer, so book ahead. We had to play musical campsite thru out our week stay. Clean and pleasant. No laundry facilities though.

Crowded but quiet and calm

Generous sized sites with convenient hookups at this social site. Crowded and full when we were there but quiet, calm and respectful campers. Pretty lake with surrounding walking park is very nearby.

Easy on and off on I-76

Easy access on and off I-76. Sites are level with what appears to be full - hookups at all sites. Front desk was very helpful and check in was easy. Showed up with no reservation and was in my spot quickly. Would recommend for overnight stop.

Clean, shade, helpful hosts.

We booked this campground for our maiden voyage with our new trailer for its proximity to stores and town. We were pleasantly surprised when we got here. Nice sites, not a ton of privacy but pretty large. Our pull through site was so level we basically just had to unhook from the truck. There are a…

Great Rec Area to stay!

Booked last rv site (for the same day) available anywhere close to Denver. We weren’t sure what we’d be getting. Just glad to have electric! Clean restrooms; showers were $.75/3 minutes; plus $.25 each additional minute thereafter. Hot shower was nice. Trail at the bottom of Cottonwood Loop B leads…

State park in the city of Longmont

Clean and we'll kept. Expensive but everything is near boulder. It's pretty much in the center of town, so highway noise. Showers are nice but you have to pay with quarters , so make sure you bring change. For the amount you pay it was disappointing you had to pay for shower. Not my fav place but…

Good for a night

About 75% are full timers and a couple have dogs that don’t know what leashes are. Showers have hot water and fairly clean

Bad part of town

Hi, all though I have never stayed at this rv park, I am born and raised in Denver. I can tell you this is a terrible part of town. I would not even walk my dog over there.

This is an old campground being remodeled to buy new owners and with a new name: Falcons Landing.

This is a quiet, laid-back Campground without a lot of amenities yet. Quite a few full-time residence or long-term residence. All ages but not much for children to do. We are full-time RV years but this area is where we are from with family around. We stayed here from April 1, 2021 and will…

The Ghetto

Arrived to spend a week after speaking with a lady over the phone. Asked about a pool, was told yes. Told our stay would cost $731! Upon pulling in we heard hun shots. Saw tons of abandoned houses run down and garbage everywhere. The filthiest “campground” I’ve ever seen. And the pool??? Nothing…

Right place if you want to be near the mountains but not in them.

Great park, appears to be yet another former KOA, they’ve packed and stacked the pull throughs to maximize the number of people. Nice pool, horseshoes, bathrooms are pristine, everything works great, just wish the sights were slightly further apart. If you want a base camp for the flatirons, here…

Beautiful and right amount of seclusion

This place is definitely off the beaten path and so worth it! I managed to get a spot on a cliff overlooking the picnic, bathroom and trail head area with a great view of the buttes. I could see other campers, which made me feel a bit more comfortable as I was alone, so if anything happened, there…
