We go to MBSP at least once per year! This is easily one of our favorite beach destinations on the east coast. The park is huge, offers spacious sites (if you look a for the right ones), and is a short bike ride from the beach! The staff are always great and the facilities are clean and tidy! I…
Love Camping here. Clean, plenty to do, I could hear the waves from my bed at night.
I loved that we could walk to the beach. The shower houses were super clean, and the staff was really friendly. Full site hook ups, which is unusual at state parks.
Down falls, the roads are tight. I can't tell you how many bigger RVs have hit trees. We have a 40.5 footer 5th wheel, and it was…
This was our first time camping here. We LOVED it! The beach was walking distance from our site. The bath house was clean. Super frequently and helpful staff. The ONLY downside was the airplanes. It is super close to the airport so expect air traffic noise.

Sites can be as private as you want. Online booking has photos of sites. Well kept and quiet state park with trails and access to the beach.
We spent April 17-19 here. Beautiful spot on the intercostal waterway. Well maintained and lots of room between campsites. They have a couple of nature walks. Close to Charleston, SC.
Had an amazing time enjoying the campground and other campers were very friendly and outgoing like us!! Great coffee house and other amenities!!
We spent three nights in myrtle beach state park with full hook up. The Campground is big and maximized for renters and RVs. Space between sites is a bit tight but there is plenty of trees and coverage that provides good privacy between sites. The beach was very nice, a lot of people at the…

This is a pretty big campground. RV's rule the roost here. Most of the tent sites are on the rightmost section of the park (with the exeption of the tent only site on a separate far left section of the park). There are also cabins available at this park There was a good cross section of people.…
This State Park is in one of the best locations we’ve seen. Nestled in a huge wooded setting, set back from the beach. It doesn’t feel like you are just 15min from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle beach. There is a bike track for easy access to the shopping complex across from the entrance to the…

The campground is very clean and the beach is one is the best in Myrtle.
A refuge from the commercial feel of Myrtle Beach, but only minutes away from major attractions, shopping, and event venues. Very close to Myrtle Beach international airport- watch planes fly out over the beach! Excellent pier for fishing and crabbing (for a fee). Equestrian friendly (seasonally).…

We went at the end of October in our Rv. It’s beautiful and close to the beach. However, the loudest campground that I have ever been too. I will NEVER return here! There was music thumping from nearby bar or resort until midnight. It thumped all day long for 3 days! There was also CONSTANT…
I recently spent 3 days at this park and had a a great experience.
This location boasts 300+ campsites but are rather packed on top of one another. Once it hits about 10 pm you almost feel like whispering is loud as your neighbors are almost at arms length.
The camp store was stocked and had…
