Road noise

The campground is right off a highly traveled hwy without and natural barrier to prevent road noise. The sites are pretty close to one another. Still a good place for the night.

Very remote but with fairly easy access.

. Right on a beautiful swimming hole.  Has pit toilets. Even if you find other campers there (rare) you can’t hear anything due to the river. Several other campsites around as well. Chose one directly on the river. Plenty of firewood around. Filtered water from the river. Another campsite 45…

Remote and Quiet

This was quite a way in on a fairly smooth but steep dirt road. Along the road were random deep pot holes so be aware they sneak up on you when the road is shadowed. The last .3 miles was steep and though we made it in 26ft rig I would not attempt it again. I could see major problem if rain was…

Lots of Weird In and Out Traffic

This could be a really nice campground. It is a bit rundown and overgrown, though sites along the creek were nice. We drove in and did not need a reservation, but reservations are available 3 days in advance.

Non hookup sites are $15 and partial hookup sites are $25.

Delightful!

Wonderful park and delightful hosts! Clean toilets; open 730am-900pm during summer, and 8am-8pm other times. The RV faces a wonderful park. There’s a nice trail to walk or run around the park, and also by the river minutes away. There are 2 spaces for tent camping, and 11 available RV sites and all…

Easy access, spacious and well maintained

We just stayed one night with some fellow rv’ers. They were in spot C11 which has 3 trees PERFECT for 2 hammocks and great shade. We were in B30 which was just ok. Overall it’s a nice park with trails but I felt like we were being nitpicked by the camp hosts about everything. Our wheels on the…

Great Spot

Got a last minute reservation for our 39 foot RV. Full hookups, easy pull through! Beautiful and quiet. Hiked down to creek with deep pools and swam.

Peaceful and Quiet

This campground just outside of Medford, OR near the Applegate River has potential. The road in is paved but very narrow with deep potholes. There are many trees that are close to the campground loop that make navigating through and backing into a spot a bit tough. We found a spot in our 26’ class…

Freeway Noise Drove me Bonkers

We stayed in the F loop for 3 nights midweek in late April and did not have a problem finding a spot. There were plenty of open spaces, and we moved after the first night to the other side of F loop in order to get away from the freeway noise. You can hear the noise from the whole campground, but…

Conveniently Located Close to Town

This county park just outside of Grants Pass along the Rogue River is a good overnighter because it is convenient and inexpensive.

It’s $20/night for the tent/ non-hookup sites, $25 for water and electric (30 and 50 amp), and $30 for full hookup. Group camp is $60 and there’s a $5 per add’l…

Close to beach and very quiet.

Very short walk to beach or jetty.  Borders small airport where you can watch planes land or take off, but we only saw one over 2 days.  Very quiet.  Only complaint is internet is down most the time.

The location of this RV Park was beautiful, but was extremely crowded and hard to get around on RV. They lacked customer service ask around, and even though wifi offered was offered as a service that we never were able to connect to. Called the owners on the after hours phone line as directed…

Valley of the Rogue River - Excellent OR State Park

Great RV sites that are close to the River with FHU’s. Hiking paths border the river and connect the many camping loops. Stayed in loop B which has back-in’s and drive throughs. Knowledgeable Camp Hosts in all loops. Easy on/off access to I-5, 10 miles south of Grants Pass and 15 miles North of…
