We stayed for a week and enjoyed very minute!
The camp host is incredibly nice, the walking trails are beautiful, and you can't beat the view.
The sites are large with plenty of shade and you can hear the cows. The bathrooms are clean with warm showers that work well.
There is a dog run,…
This place is no longer available, it was shut down by klamath county to condemn it and turn it into a halfway house, and when doing so they displaced many long term residents, some having been there ten years and longer. This resulted in many more homeless persons in this area
You drive down a gravel road right through a 6,000 acre working cattle ranch. There are 40 pull through RV sites with electric, water, and some sites have sewer. There is a dump station. We were there during a Blue moon with no light pollution and it felt like you could grab it out of the sky. Was…
November this beautiful campground was closed.
We were too tired to go further.. this was in the area so we went. It’s up in a beautiful area inside a working ranch. Spacious and very nice. Great find. Thank you !
This is for the camping portion of the campground, I did not stay or see the inside of the various cabins available. The camping area is just a large open field area where people can park/camp where they would like. This would work well if you had a large group and several RVs wanting to be next…

Camped here in Oct 2020. This is a USFS campground in the Fremont Winema NF. No hookups but large private sites with fire rings and ginormous picnic tables plus vault toilets. There’s water but only in season. Close to Hart Mtn Antelope Refuge. Would camp here again.
This place has great little grassy areas next to each pull through—each one has a newly planted tree and a picnic table. The sites are level. Contrary to listing they do have 30 amp service. There’s a little playground for kids, as well as a warm, clean bathroom with showers. There’s a laundry…

There are spots to park your RV and hook up to water and electric. It is a gravel parking lot. There are designated tent spots in the dirt next to the gravel parking lot.
There is a nice heated restroom with flush toilets. Showers are available, however they are $3.
The area was very windy…
There are no campsites here. It is clearly posted NO camping and is just a rest area / picnic area.
After driving many miles down of the Oregon Outback Scenic Highway and miles of high desert, Trees by the creek at Chandler State Park. While not an Oasis of creek side repose, it offers a couple of relatively quiet flat pull outs. The Park is day use only but the sites are fine for a stormy nite…
This camp has been abandoned for years a left to rot and trashed, I would think twice before going here.
Small, secluded, quiet stunning sunsets, lots of room for small & big rigs. No water or garbage service so come prepared. Spent 6 glorious days here. Yaked and fished to our hearts content. Hard to share this hidden gem!
I stayed here 1 night. There was one other trailer there in the campground that I neither saw nor heard anyone the entire time. Pretty nice spot, I had a fire that night in the rain, went to bed, never heard another person. Overall a nice spot, and it was free!
