Campground was full but paid for the day use so I could go hiking and use the bathroom after being on the road for 5 hours straight. Well...there were no bathrooms EXCEPT in the campground. Therefore there was no parking for the bathrooms.
The park is mostly roads. Roads that lead you only to…
Nice small campground. Very well maintained. Site18 was great for us and boat and 2 dogs. Most sites were large with plenty of space. Water and electricity but no sewer. Have dump station. Nice areas between site and lake. Cell signal was good for Verizon and AT&T was good to stream video.…

We camp here once or twice a year. Clean bathrooms and showers. I do feel for the tent campers, as there is nothing flat about the “tent only” sites. You can, however rent an RV spot and use a tent. (Just not the water front sites. Not sure why, this is a fairly new rule, because we used to tent…
This park has great hiking, which is honestly the only positive thing I have to say about arrowhead. There are several miles of dirt bike trail that is hiker friendly, of various difficulties.
The camp ground itself is well maintained, but tent campers are not allowed to rent ANY of the sites…
This is a great small campground. We stayed here one night as a half way point. Site #9. I loved our site. Great view of water. This camp is right on lake. Most sites are waterfront. Site #9 had no shade but it was spring time so not bad. The wind was pretty strong coming off the lake that we…

Beautiful park, close to the road, but private enough to relax. Drop your kayak in from a waterfront site an enjoy Lake Juliette, popular for Bass fishing. Or set your hammocks up and enjoy the breeze and view of the trees. We paid for a premium site and had more area than others, totally worth it.…
It’s beautiful, quiet, and right on the water. Good restroom facilities and cute playground with covered pavilion. Good cell phone reception.
I’m relatively new to camping life. But I know what I like. Quiet. Room to breathe. Nice view. Water or mountains...preferably both. Inexpensive or free.
Very spacious camp sites complete with a gravel square to set up your tent, plenty of trees to hang hammocks, a charcoal grill, fire pit, hanger for trash, picnic table, and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding forest. Restrooms and showere near most camp sites too. Will be returning!
Site 25 not quite level but great view of Lake Juliette. One nice clean restroom for 30 sites. Only con, wish there were hiking trails.

Beautiful views, but many of the sites on the far loop are full sun. We stayed at site 26. The view was beautiful, the sun was pretty rough until it went down, that spot is particularly sunny. The road noice in the far loop is horrible, all night long!! I didn’t realize it was so close to the road!…
It was a nice area. We were on campsite 11 right by a little fishing pier. Nice views of the lake from the campsite. Bathrooms and showers were better than most campgrounds I’ve been too. Lots of wildlife noises at night. The swimming area had a lot of people when we arrived Sunday.

That’s about it. Recommend for a day at the beach but not an overnight visit.
