We have been to Stephen Foster 4 or 5 times over the last 10 years and every visit was perfect. The sites are very large, navigation with a 40' unit is easy. Many sites are pull-tru, all except one are only 30 amp. Many sites, 2 t0 11 and almost all pull-tru's are very private. It is our preferred…
The campsite was very private and backed up to the woods. The farm was so much fun and the people were absolutely amazing! They walked us around and gave us a little tour, they were super friendly!
At the time of our visit the Suwannee River was in flood stage, so most of the amenities were closed because the river was dangerous. Due to heavy rains, there was quite a bit of standing water and a LOT of mosquitoes. But the park was nice. The bathrooms were clean and it would be a great place…
Best place in 5 states to see stars! There is NO light pollution making it beautiful. Even on a partly cloudy sky the stars were so bright. We did a boat rental into the swamp and did the kayak after hours tour. Both were great, I would recommend any of their tours. We saw lots of gatos while…
Our family visits this place at least 2 times a year. It beautiful with great sites and many activities that include the pond/lake, archery that the kids and I like. Many trails for hiking or biking.
Lots of springs nearby. Trails are great for all. Lots to see. Bathrooms are clean. Little vegetation between sites, but enough space.

This is a good campground divided into 2 loops. Many pull throughs. We had site #12 which was gigantic. All the sites are open to your neighbors. Small park with a few trails, small pond, and farm. The farm was great with chickens, sheep, donkey and horse. On our visit there were 3 day old lambs!!…

The campground was just a bit tight for my preferences as a tent camper (especially as it was fully booked over a holiday—Thanksgiving—weekend), but we still had a great time. We rented a Jon boat, which let us see a lot of the park. Would definitely return.

Our site was slightly uneven, but leveling was a snap. Large site and trees between sites provided privacy. Not too many other campers. The bathrooms were spotless. The bugs were fierce, particularly the yellow flies. The boardwalk by the Trading Post is a nice walk, and we saw a barred owl.
First time visit. Nice large camp sites, no sewer, but has a dump station. Level sites. Water and electric, has drive thru sites. Our camping club will be coming back here this fall.
Big beautiful park, restored bathrooms were fantastic, and the well stocked country store has friendly people.

This was my first time camping and I really didn’t know what to expect. I thought it would be awful. Camping at Suwannee was awesome! There was so much to do - swim, see the bat houses at night, and so much area to walk around and explore. The tree houses and some cabin had great lights lit up at…
Short weekend to get away. Campground was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go back! Campground host and volunteers are great.
Loop #1 one is some what on the primitive side. Washed out dirt round makes the loop. The sites have water and power but maybe unlevel and seem to be not…
We stayed here a couple of years ago while visiting family and friends in Lake City, about 20 miles away. I was very impressed with the facilities, very clean and well kept. Site 19 is a long pull through with plenty of room for a big rig and tow vehicle. Picnic table and fire ring available. …
