Good quick overnight stop

Staff very friendly and easy going. Gravel sites with 50/30/20 electric and water & sewer hookups
Noise is mostly blocked out by ac unit running.

Nice and Quiet

Short weekend to get away.  Campground was very quiet and peaceful.  Will definitely go back!  Campground host and volunteers are great.

Loop #1 one is some what on the primitive side.  Washed out dirt round makes the loop. The sites have water and power but maybe unlevel and seem to be not…

Easy to get to from I-75

Safe campground with RV spaces that well spaced apart. Very quiet spot with level pull-through sites that have power, water, and sewer. There are also cabins available to rent but they do look a little questionable.  The bathhouse was very clean which was nice. Only would recommend this spot for…

I’ll never stop coming here

I’ve been camping at General Coffee for over 10 years and I’ll never stop coming back. The heritage farm is worth it just by itself, but it doesn’t stop there. The trails are long enough to get a nice workout in and the cabins are beautiful! I’ve only ever stayed in the cabins but I’m sure the tent…

Great place

We found this place by chance and stayed a couple nights in one of their cabins and absolutely fell in love with it. Already headed back for a week stay and hopefully many more

One night stop only

It gets 2 stars because the staff was nice but the park looks run down. Every site needed mowing (no rain so no excuse) and the site next to us was blocked off because of a water leak for quite some time, algae growing on the water. Trees need to be trimmed. It is easy on easy off of 75. ‘45 MH

Nice wooded Lot

On day of my second visit 4/6/21 park was open and ready for campers. Site is right next to DNR Ocgmulgee River acces. Grass well maintained, sites not well marked, while electric may be mostly 30 amp, #16 and likely others are 50 amp. No RV Dump found, all sites do have water. As of this date, cost…

Great stop if you’re passing through

Stopped here to camp overnight on our way down to Florida from Ohio. Arrived around 9:30 and was able to check-in after hours via a box with an envelope next to the office. Only us and a few other people so it was pretty quiet. The restrooms were very clean and well lit, and in this current covid…

Great Park!

This place is HUGE!! As others have said, the sites are a little close together and there's some traffic noise, but neither bothered me very much - I was real close to the road too, so not that bad at all. I was quite comfortable the two days I stayed here. They have a little convenience store with…

I love it here

Lots of room. Spacious campsites. The hosts are friendly. Propane tanks picked up and filled for you. There’s a large fenced dog park. Laundry available. Clean bath houses. There are small comping cabins available. I have full hookups. The area is remote and quiet, but the Walmart and dollar store…

Quick one night stay.

I stayed two different nights on a motorcycle trip to Western North Carolina, November 6 2019, one night up and one night back. Campground was pretty close to halfway between on my trip. I stayed in one of their camping cabins and it was very comfortable and worked out great. Easy access clean…

Average stay

Site #52, full hookup site, slightly unlevel but generally a good site.

Park has a museum and war time tank and aircraft.  Large field where local airplane hobbyists come and fly their models.  Campground was quiet, and very dark at night.  We did see some wildlife roaming as we ventured out…

Clean and friendly

We spent two nights here, both as stopovers. Management was helpful in their instructions as we were arriving after hours. The campsites had a grill, table and there was a dog exercise area. The showers were spotless. We will be visiting Twin Oaks again.

Group camping - great place!

We camped here with our Cub Scout Pack for the weekend. Loved the museum and outdoor aircrafts and tanks! There was a easy walking trail to and from the pioneer camp. The highlight was for sure the railroad that is right next to the camping area. The passenger train comes through twice a day and…
