Neat and Clean Sites

We stayed here for one night on our way South. Sites are very neat and clean. Nice lake with swimming area on property. We had a good stay.

Great Lake getaway

With all the parking lot style RV parks popping up these days, it’s nice to find these older parks around from days when people liked trees and breathing room. Stayed in the full hookup sites of Dogwood Loop. Some sites are hard to back into and require much work to get level, but they are well…

Beautiful flat campground.

Picturesque campground on reelfoot lake near tiptonville tn. 2 out of 3 bathrooms operational. Showers are free. Many cypress trees. Clean. About 3/4 full this weekend.

Bad choice

This property has seen better days. The cabins are very rustic and very close together. The RV sites are taken by full time residents and it has more of a trailer park vibe. I would not stay there again as there are better choices right down the road.

Nice quite primitive camping

Mostly flat near the water and lots of sites to camp. We really enjoyed our spot in the shade on a hot summer weekend.

North Campground

Definitely choose the north campground (airport) if you are looking for a quieter, less claustrophobic camping experience. We stayed here in a tent. Everyone else had RVs so we had the bathroom and showers to ourselves. Bathrooms were clean and we had no problems with airport noise. It’s not the…

Great Rv spot

I would definitely bring a boat if you’re able. If not, there’s still some pretty great views. Everything was pretty easy for a first timer. The spots were nice gravel pads and angled for easy backin.

Bug Apocalypse

We arrived in the evening and almost didn’t stay the night. Actually, we were schedule to stay two nights and left around 9 the next morning. The mosquitoes, gnats, and flies were so overwhelming that we couldn’t go outside and even spent most the evening killing bugs inside the camper with no…

Great campsite

Had to call to book a reservations since we wanted to book same day. The woman on the phone was the sweetest person and was so helpful.

Campground is quiet and back off the main road. We did car camping, just FYI.

Will say make sure you download the map before you head in. There isn’t cell…

Beautiful quite lake front camping

Good size lots, most within feet of the water. Lots of trees so there's plenty of shade. Well maintained road to get here and pretty close to a modern campground with a small store. We'll be coming back here again!

Wonderful experience!

This site is completely RV/mobile camping! It’s easy to access and well taken care of in means of landscaping, our site was also right next to the front and the store!

Our site included a picnic table, water access, electrical outlets and a fire pit. The lake is nearby and there is an access near…

Very well taken care of!

*Heading back to campsite C had me a little confused because you drive through an area that looks more like permanent homes but once we found it, it was great!

Pirates Cove is a very nice RV park! The grounds had so many things for the family to do including a Basketball court, a very clean pool,…

Campground is EXTREMELY run down

First, I want to say that the employees in "Western Town" & tour guides were AMAZING! 👏

The campground was HORRIBLE! It was run down. The toilets at the pool house were backed up. The pool was well kept. They did close the pool for storms and did NOT reopen it until the next day. NOT good…

Great for boating/lake trip

Nice campground with electric hookups. One central dump station and multiple areas with community water spigots. Fill up your freshwater before you get to your site! Overall, I’d recommend if you can get a spot on the water, or you bring a boat. The inland spots can be a bit more cramped and…

Nice campground for a fast stop, not really a week long area

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE VISITOR CENTER TO PAY FOR A CAMPING PERMIT AND OHV USE!

For the Turkey Bay OHV area each site is just a picnic table and a fire pit and the sites are not numbered- it’s more a first come first serve. The sites though are close to the entrance and you park right next to the…
