There are not a lot of campsites, which is nice. Makes it easy to get around without traffic. Very clean place. Hosts spend a lot of time cleaning campsites between each visitor. We had a ton of fun walking around the old mill and visiting with the historian working the visitor center. There are…

Clean sites, good bath houses and restrooms, easy hiking trails for kids.
Stayed at this Koa for 1st time. Was escorted to my campsite. Friendly, and very helpful with getting wood, and turning on tv. Cute and quiet place, place felt safe at night.

The camp grounds in our are were well maintained. Even on the trail where a tree fell on it was cleared off the trail.

We stayed in site 22 last night on our way to South Dakota. The check in experience was easy, the site was clean and place was nice. We arrived late and hungry and were able to go across the highway to KC BBQ ribs and it was delicious! They also deliver to the campground! This campground was being…
The campground hosts, Dan and his wife, have been nothing but helpful and kind. They make their rounds often but never impose. Sites are level, the park is quiet, there is fishing and plenty of hiking. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Plenty of spacing between sites too!
Really pretty place. Campground wasn’t too crowded. Parking spots at each site. Bathhouse was very clean. Would come back.

It’s about 2 miles off the interstate and very peaceful. You’re surrounded by farm lane and wildlife. There’s a…

City Park that is right outside of town. 17 spots that are first come first serve, roughly 4 people seem to be full time residents, but kept the park clean. Nice walking trail partially around the lake. Would def stay here again.
We stayed on site 13 for one night in October 2020. It’s about 15-20 minutes from I70. Electric and water hookups, clean showers, very nice campground host. You’re supposed to reserve>24 hours in advance but we pulled up around 8 pm and got a site. Good spacing between sites, pretty level…
This is a very small park and go for just an overnight stay.
We camped the last weekend in September picking a late reservation where kayaks were available for our first tent test run were our main goals, which the site met. Kayaking was wildly available, due to the small lake and difficult launch, we can see why, but still very enjoyable. Site was very…

We got to Arrow Rock just as the sun was setting. A beautiful sunset and a clean campground. Campground hosts were very nice. Bathrooms are large and clean and the showers were very good. We didn’t get to spend much time here as we were just stopping through on our drive heading West, but I…
Stayed here for three nights. All spots have plenty of shade when we walked around. Shower house and bathrooms were clean and nice. Lots of things to do such as boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and swimming. Fire pits were even nice with an attached grill grate.
