Very clean and restful place! Everyone was friendly and helpful if needed!
Was very peaceful relaxing experience. Lots to do eat if you like riding bikes. Beautiful place to take a couple days off or a week or so.
Oak Mountain is great for camping, hiking, biking, fishing, water sports and golf . You can even catch a concert at the amphitheater!
We stayed the week after Labor Day and the place was mostly empty which was nice. It started filling up on Friday and once we had neighbors all around us, I realized how close some of the sites were. We stayed in site 42 in upper improved campground. It wasn’t the best for our large rig but we made…

Easily one of my favorite campgrounds to visit. Plenty of trails to walk or ride and just a great place to get away from town.

Had a blast with the kiddos this weekend. Had plenty of things to keep the kids entertained and loved that I could take my kayak out into the water easily. Spaces are a little tight so if you have a bigger rig be sure to get a pull through and you’ll be fine. This is definitely a must see place !…

We love this campground. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. We go at least twice a year.
This park is absolutely gorgeous and feels like you’re on top if the world. There is a diverse range of campsites so make sure to look at the pictures before you reserve to ensure the site will fit your needs. The campground is gated and the staff is helpful and friendly. The views from the top are…
Sites are kinda tight but everyone was very friendly and nice to talk to. The vendors in the art cabins was very nice and had amazing work. Any thing you need is at the store also drinks food and simple rv necessities and firewood. And a lot of history and hiking.
Very happy at this campground. But there aren't many campers here. I think they are at the main campground. But regular RV campers are allowed at the Equestrian center. We are close to the farm/petting zoo. Also the horses are next to the campground. Very quiet and reasonably priced.

Narrow twisting roads lead to the lower level camping area, nice pull through, wish there was more information about local attractions. We stayed 3 nights very quiet camp site. I appreciate the improvements in the Campground. Everyone we encountered was very nice and friendly. No cell service or…
We stayed at the equestrian campground at Oak Mountain. It was very nice and quiet. Once you go through the gate take your first left and keep driving. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't get to see everything they have at the park. We want to go back!
Cheaha was such a pleasant surprise. More like a resort, this park had tent camping, RV camping, a pool, a lake, cabins, a playground, and a restaurant with a view. We had a little trouble with the upper tent sites not being level because we have a roof top tent, but we were able to switch our site…

Great pool area (free for campers)…but the park needs a little love.
We are still me to RV camping so not many places to compare it to, but in all this is a great spot to camp. The main area is very open a a bit tight so getting a spot in the upper part of the campground is a must if you want a little space. The upper portion has trees, but it’s not super level so…
