We love to come here for when we kayak the Buffalo. Plenty of open river front campsites and shuttles to or from the camp (depending on which route you take) The bathrooms start out pretty clean, but can quickly get nasty with the traffic of kayak renters and other campers. Showers also are pretty…
My husband and I went on our first camper trip here. It was breathtakingly beautiful! They have a rope course, water activities/rentals, cabins, rv/camper/tent sites waterside, and more. We fished feet from our camper off of the bank. They have a tie-down for animals, fire pit (with grill), all the…
This little campground was awesome. Very close to the highway but not too close LOL. Good food to eat within 20 minutes all the shopping you need for traveling. staff and the owners awesome. All the sites are super easy to get in and out even with my Big Rig !!
Nice large bathrooms with large showers. Large office/store. Secure/safe campground thanks to hosts and close to town.
We needed a place for the weekend in Huntsville and this campground was shady and people in office are nice. It’s great if you need to just have a place to stay while visiting attractions in Huntsville.
Nice clean campground. Walking distance to water park. Sites are very nice, although a little close to each other.
This place is so cute. You're site is on the water so plenty of water sports. They have a bath house, no hookups, and you can hammock camp! A bit crowded but still an awesome time. Super quiet.

Plenty to do. Trails to walk and some waterfalls. As much as it rained here we were…
We stayed in early August for 2 nights in the Sleeping Waters campground.
We got there pretty late (after dark) for setting up camp, and I do not recommend doing that. It's about a quarter of a mile walk to the campsite, but the site is absolutely gorgeous! Very secluded and very roomy! The…

This place could be absolutely beautiful. Grounds are maintained. Plenty of camping spots, fire pits and tables. There are two sets of bathrooms with electricity and fans. Cold showers in one however there was no light or lock in the shower so my boyfriend had to be in there with me. Tennessee…
The campground is not kept up particularly well, and nobody ever seems to be in the office.
