Awesome campground

Nice place with couple fishing lakes and creek. They do not allow you to bring your own floats, but tubing with theirs is $ 5 per person. General admission was $ 5 per person. They have canoes. Some nice shaded lots BIG need more signs. Clean beach area.

Hidden Gem

Family park with activities for kids on the weekends. Cabins are available for those without an RV or tent. Pool and hot tub. Beautiful pier to fish off of (no license needed) Some sites are uneven but what do you expect when the park is not wall to wall cement? Some sites are shaded by trees. For…

Great camp ground

This camp ground has a great location. Nice little beach area in the back. Would recommend if you looking for a younger crowd and beaches vibes. Only negative spots un level enough to put wood down to level out camper but not a major issue.

Nice quirky/artsy park

We landed here on very short notice fleeing Hurricane Ida. Lucked out and got a pull thru site but all sites are easy back in. Quirky little art projects are visible throughout the park. Our site, in place of a lawn, was a sandy beach setting including chairs and hammock under palm trees! The…

Super helpful and nice place to stop!

Stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Ida, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Hopefully, we can come back for pleasure one day and do some fishing in the lake.

Everything you need, 20 minutes to beach

This is a mobile home/rv park. Very quiet, pets allowed, full hookups, flawless wifi, big sites with driveways and slab for entryway to your rig. They offer weekly and monthly, very hard to get a spot sometimes, very popular place for long term stays. They have always managed to squeeze me in. The…

Beach Vacay RV Style

One night stop but a beautiful stay. The beach is right at one group of sites and even being on the 3rd row, we could see it from our site. The area is grand and lush with flowers and trees and a very nice covered area with fireplace and multiple seating areas for gathering. This truly feels like…

Small but affordable

This is for military, retirees DoD eligible employees and families. We booked 5 months in advance for a 1 week stay. Small pool, splash pad, laundry facility and bath house are all nice. There is also boat, kayak and paddle board rentals available and docks to crab and fish off. It's a small park…
