Nice place, open layout with a nice pool and great bath house. Right off interstate so there was some noise but not as bad as others. No potholes for trucks to hit all night.
Nice and clean campground. Very family friendly. Great ice cream shop. Fun shopping. Not much privacy is the only draw back. Great place to stop with or without children.
Clean and level and fun for everyone. Have some ice cream and shop.
Great Stay for DOD associated members.
Playgrounds were phenomenal for kids. Bike and Hiking trails all through out the site. Fishing as well - with respective fishing license.
Staff was very receptive and the facilities were new right on the Smith Lake Beach. Beautiful. You can rent kayaks…

South of the Border is a tourist trap, but I don’t mean that in a bad way. There are lots of things to do, and more ways to spend your money, including souvenir shops, a fireworks store, Christmas decorations, and more. If you are in the area or passing by on the interstate, it is a must see, even…

This resort is very community oriented with activities throughout the week and a free waffle breakfast every Saturday. There two beautiful green lawns, two pools, two shower houses, and two laundry facilities. Made for Trailers and RVs of all sizes with full hook-ups and utilities. **Tent camping…
Great spot and one of the best kept secrets of Fayetteville, NC. Great location. Right off of 95. Family friendly and tremendous facilities. Putt Putt. Weight Room. Pool. Event Center. Basketball Courts. Play Ground and Nature Trail. Honestly amazing. The staff is wonderful and cannot be…

My thoughts and experience of Fayetteville RV Resort. This was our 2nd time staying here, this time we stayed for a long weekend, Thursday - Sunday during the month of April 2021. It is located a short distance from Interstate 95, making it a great place to spend the night if you are traveling on…
Site 34, Outer loop.
Bathroom clean, but Grade C.
Great walking trails. Just too crowded with sites, especially the inner loop, on top of each other. Lots of kids on bikes. The roads in were no problem.
We decided to rent a permanent spot but aren't putting a deck on or anything like others as we plan to pull the camper out from time to time to travel. Yes, there are some rundown campers and lots of permanent residence but overall it's a great little place. There are plenty of spots for visitors…
Made s scheduled stop on our way to Savannah. After a storm all the tenting sites were legit under water. The staffers told us to set up under a wooden pavilion that was by half too small for our tent. With no other options offered we just drove on.
We made this a stop on our way home from Florida. We were pleased to have been offered a pull through site upgrade for $1.32. That’s right, $1.32. Nice sites for a quick trip or a couple nights.
Always brings back memories.
We stopped here for an overnight and were thrilled by the facility. It’s perfect for an overnight or a day. Plenty of paved pull though sites. Fenced in and safe. You can walk to the restaurants and shops at South of the Border. We ate at a fine steak house. We will stop there every time we are…
Wow! Road to campground is horrible! Very narrow, trees hanging over it, dirt, but huge holes! Obviously needs to be graded. We booked a pull thru per map, but was not. Had to change to site 29. Loose dirt but fairly level. Very quiet and Lake Horton near us. Hosts very friendly. …
