We loved it here only thing we didn’t like was haveing to leave you are close to your Nabj but everything was great
Great park with large sites and plenty of space between sites.Bathrooms were clean and we'll maintained.plenty of hiking and creek wading opportunities as well as fishing.also the Blue Ridge Parkway is close by for exploring.
We truly love this campground- it’s our favorite spot!
There are amazing trails in this state park, if that’s your thing.
The bath house on the rv loop is nice and big. They keep it pretty clean. It’s definitely nicer than the bathhouses at many other state parks.
The sites are pretty spread…

I had determined that this campground was the perfect distance and look to host my first ever outing. I was nervous and excited as I rolled up to the park.
The visitor center staff were welcoming and assisted in securing the few last-minute items that I needed (firewood, ice, popcorn). The…

This was a really nice stay, but it was just overnight for us. Took about 20-30 mins off of 77. Site 55 is the best site, but the hardest to get into with an RV. Beautiful views and area. Camp hosts really friendly and helpful. Explored the park in the morning before we left and I know we will be…

We stayed at Site E14 during a weekend in July. The campground is in an excellent location, just 5-10 minutes away from downtown Blowing Rock and of course it’s right on the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway! Our site was peaceful and shaded, easily fit our 14 foot teardrop with screen room and our…
I love this campground l. Great hosts and wonderful visits.
Had a great time at Julian Price Campground! ⛺️ 🌲
We had 2 groups and reserved sites B29 & B30 because they seemed more remote with water, restrooms, and trail access nearby. I could not have been happier about our sites!
LOVELY trees, shade, and close to everything we needed. This is a BIG…

This is my go to park to hike. So many trails of all lengths. Historic homestead, amazing waterfalls, hiking, backpacking & climbing.

This campsite was a stop over for a trip out west.. and it was wonderful! Especially for being free. The trash was overflowing a little and the vault toilets obviously didn’t smell the best but aside from that it was all we could ask for. We had a picnic table, a designated fire area, a creek about…

My wife and I have been hunting for a new close camp ground. We may have a winner! Midway RV is very clean, quiet and friendly. The pool is fantastic and close to areas to go shopping or sightseeing.

Plenty of room at every site. Arrived on a Sunday for a week long stay. Mid-week has been very quiet. Plenty to do, but not a commercial campground. Bank fishing in a small pond/lake. Lake beach area is nice. Game room was fun, but we felt pricey in this area ($1 for most games). Rec room has lots…

Stayed in site A31, a pull-through site. No sites here have hook-ups. This campground is on a beautiful lake. There is no swimming on the lake(its pretty shallow) but awesome for kayaking and paddleboarding. There is wifi at the boat rental area, an easy walk from all parts of the campground where…
Nearly right at mile marker 342 Long gravel road, couple/few camping spots along the way, mostly on the left. Drive through a little creek, and stay to the right, a little ways down you’ll find another spot just before Laurel Retreat. A little larger clearing than the others, my pop-up fight…
This site should not be confused with any other sites in area by similar name. You have to make a reservation with the park office for your site and drop by the ranger station to pick up your permit. The sites have NO vehicle access at all, you have to hike a mile into the campsite. The hike in is…
