OLVR

This place is ginormous! Easy check in and easy pull throughs. Clean & quiet. Big rigs are accepted. Nice amenities. I would stay here again. Prices are fair as well.

Resort feel!

We upgraded to a Premium Site - Site #103. Level, concrete Site. Bit close to the neighbors but not super tight.  Good cell service on T-Mobile and AT&T.  Laundry room clean with plenty of washer/dryers. Close to a grocery store and great pet store should you need pet food and supplies as…

Great location

First time using our RV in this type of campground, easy access and pull through sites as well as back in. Concrete and gravel area with a picnic table, showers and bathrooms, water hookup and 30/50 amp power also provided WIFI with a password access.

Great views

We tried for a spot the first warm day of spring and had to drive for a while to find a spot, ended up in a cool valley with a beautiful sunrise view. It got cold fast though and we weren’t prepared!

Tight fit

This is a decent campground, but they pack people in like sardines, and the stalls are very close. Expect that you will have to move your truck occasionally so people can park/leave. They have a pool, spa and a dog area. It is centrally located and eat to get to the strip for some great food and…

Active/retired military on Nellis AFB

The only way to this campsite is getting onto Nellis AFB. You have to be active or retired military. This is by far the best, cleanest, nicest, best shade coverage, mostly pull thrus, tons of mature trees for shade, and the safest. You will not need to tie down anything loose around your site for…

Right on the strip, but lock up!

Large lot with little to mostly no shade. Full hookups. Saw security on bikes patrolling the rv lot, but the lot is very large and not so great area. Highly recommend locking anything you don't want walking away. Had a playground, pool and small dog area. Prefect for cheap stay on the strip.

Will work for an overnighter

Parking is on the street next to the Nevada Trails Park. Plenty of room for all types of rigs. Since you are next to the park, have access to the restrooms, playground for the kids, picnic tables and bbq, and lots of stores near by. You are tucked next to a neighborhood, so the traffic from the…

This place has the neatest appeal

Where to begin about this amazing little hidden gem whether you want to camp in a tent or in an rv this place is epic. They do have scorpions so be aware that your in desert and they are around. Buttttt besides that the hot springs are amazing and all the little natural springs throughout here are…

Great dispersed camping for privacy

Its a little bit of a drive (4 miles) into the wooded terrain to get to the listed campsite. However, you can camp in multiple areas along the route. Just about anytime I head towards this site, you will see people tent or truck bed camping. On occasion, I will see a motorhome or pull trailer in…

Not the best Thousand Trails I been too

Granted, the only other Thousand Trails I stayed at was in Acton, CA. It was in a lush green/wooded area and it was well maintained. This place was pretty tight to move around and the spots are not the greatest size. Starts off at $51 a night but has all the usually Thousand Trails amenities. I did…

Very nice for the location

This place has all the basic amenities you will need. There is no tent camping, only rigs. The prices start around $40 a night with hookups. They did have security patrolling through the park, so that is a plus for the location. Everything was clean and well kept. They do allow up to two pets,…

Great for dispersed tent or small rv

Prefect place to get away from Vegas. Many places for camping and easy to pull a trailer. Main road mostly paved. Other roads were dirt but well maintained and manageable. Lots of turn offs to disperse camp from main road. Be cautious, there were a couple of groups of campers off the main road…
