    Riverside Adventure Trails RV Resort

    An oasis in the heat!

Arrived late on a Sunday and met by a lovely security guard who showed us to a pitch. The pool was an absolute lifesaver in the August heat! Friendly locals (we needed a tin opener!) and several chatted to us in the pool and social room. Site is clean, toilets and shower block spacious and tidy. Book exchange and games/jigsaws. Would highly recommend.

    Alone with a lake

Have been coming here for a couple years now, usually spend two weeks camping. It used to never have much visitors but the traffic has picked up a bit. They added garbage cans because there was so much litter it was getting gross and even the garbage cans get overly filled. I usually pick up garbage around the area to keep it nice.

Most the time I’m alone here with the lake, in a giant fishbowl surrounded by mountains.

    Pot Cove in Lake Mohave

    Beautiful Crystal clear water

About 18 miles on a dirt road! But well worth it. The road is very easy to maneuver and any vehicle can get there. Crystal clear water. Amazing experience. Heard a donkey somewhere close by but never came over to hang out.

    Hualapai Mountain Park

    awesome camping area!

We stayed two nights for the maiden voyage of our RPod, just after the park opened for the season.

The campsites were great, but they were not level, and the turnaround area was under construction so I didn't really have room and nearly jackknifed it (maybe rookie mistake).

We stayed at the Pioneer RV Campsite and it was beautiful and rustic.

We played a bit of disc golf between rain showers, saw an elk, explored the area, and ate twice in Kingman, just 10 miles away.

    I'll go there again.

    Davis Dam Camp

    Disappointing

They charge you camping fees and then an additional day use fee. Alot of places don't charge day use when you are a camper lol
