Small but nestled in nature

What a find. This is first come first serve. Pit toilets, water and a host. The sites are secluded. The east side of the campground has incredible pull through sites. I took a photo of a couple of the best. There is parking down there for the few walk in sites. The sites are a one minute walk, tiny…

Quiet and pleasant

I enjoyed several nights at this beautiful campground located between a creek and the gravel road to a trailhead. Campsites are widely spaced among the pine trees. The bathrooms are clean and there is water throughout. This is the only campground in Great Basin NP that allows drop ins. It's at…

Eagle Valley Resort

Stayed here in July for a family trip. Rented a small cabin for my mom and adult sons and an RV space for myself and husband. The cabin was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The rest of the park, not so much. Most of the spaces were filled by permanent residents in mostly run down trailers…

Reservations only

We saw the sign says full, talked to the host who told us Baker’s Creek was first come first serve. The two Lehman Creek campgrounds are reservations only. No overflow rarely a vacancy. We got one of the last sites in Baker Creek.

Dispersed dry camping

Nicely dispersed campsites tho dusty. No reservation campground with fire outs and picnic tables. Sites can accommodate RVs but not very level. Accessible via dirt road.

Pretty good spot, much better than the super dusty BLM option we had to use one night.

Quiet, large private sites

Some reservable and some first come first serve campsites. Sites are offset and separated from each other lending a sense of privacy. Sites are large with lots of foliage/trees giving a lot of privacy. Nice flat pads with government issue concrete picnic tables and giant pedestal fire pits. Running…

Feels like a Disney movie

We LOVED this campsite! there’s a stream, tons of little animals to see, and the spots are pretty private. Well maintained bathrooms. Make sure you visit during a new moon to see the stars.

Clean and adequate but uninspiring

I would add a half star if I could; if you like funky, then maybe 4 stars. This is a typical parking-lot style RV park sprinkled with elm trees. Very convenient to Great Basin visitor center and national park, which offers great hiking and views. RV park surface was a mix of dust and gravel.…

Dope little place

A super neat little spot right before you enter Spring Mountain, State Park. This Resort has cabins to rent, RV spaces available, a laundry room, pet friendly, a bar with pool tables, a store with everything you need in case you forgot it..... I mean who doesn't love a  nice cup of hot coffee. The…

Dusty but so close to Great Basin National Park

The spots are large enough, lot of dust as there is no grass, just gravel. The highlight is that it is located across from the entrance to Great Basin National Park. What a location!

Probably depending on where your spot is but there may not be any WiFi. Cell phone service for us worked well…

Great Camping

Really nice campground and site 16 was a great find. Camped right next to the creek behind the main area with picnic table and fire ring.

Serenity by the stream

This beautiful campground is located at the top of a three-mile corduroy gravel road along the babbling Baker Creek, and many of the sites (including ours - #2) are located within toe-dipping distance of its chilly clear waters. Some sites appear to be much smaller. There are also a couple of…
