Three miles from Ellington MO.  Trails for miles for ATVs, OHVs, and Horses. Ride to Clearwater Lake Conservation Area for thousands of acres to ride or hike. Also 5 miles from Current River Conservation. area and 12 miles from the Black River for kayaking, canoeing, floating and fishing. Stalls available for your horses or you can tie out. Bring your boat or rent one at Clearwater Lake. They also offer pontoons and jet skies.  Blue Springs, Johnson Shut Inns, and Elephant Rock State Park are just a few of the places to go in the area.

B Berry Farms & Co.

Just five miles off HWY 44 and HWY 109, at Eureka, MO, (30 minutes west of downtown St Louis, 18 minutes from Six Flags) this place sits on a ridge with great views above the Meramec River. A century-old iron trapezoidal truss bridge is abandoned and is a beautiful feature aging in place above the confluence of Labarque Creek.

The bottomland and sand and gravel beach with swimming holes, fishing, canoeing, or kayaking is just a short walk (300 feet or so) or drive (4wd suggested for driving near the creek). We have a half-mile loop trail around the small property and just across the road is the Young Conservation Area and down the road 2 miles is Glassberg Conservation Area. This is a great base camp or picnic stop for a group floating downstream from Pacific Palisades Meramec River Access Ramp. Most people take out a mile and a half downstream at Allenton River Access Ramp (near Six Flags). We also have bunnies, chickens, fresh eggs, a vegetable garden, honey bees, and blackberries. Thousands of acres of adjacent parks, plus river access ramps for boats a few miles upstream or downstream.

**Zan's Creekside Campground** is a family owned and operated park. We offer RV camping, tent sites, and day time access to the river for non-campers.

**30 and 50 amp RV Sites are OPEN YEAR ROUND!!!!**

All RV sites are naturally shaded by the plentiful supply of tall trees on the campground. Also, all sites are less than a one minute walk to the beach. Popular activities include river tube floating from Grand Falls to our location. Grand Falls is about five minutes away by car, the return float trip takes about 1-1/2 to 2 hours (we DO rent tubes, we do NOT provide transportation). Our location is very popular for launching or retrieving kayaks and we provide parking for vehicles left at one end of the trip (we do NOT rent kayaks). Fishing is always an enjoyable pastime here as well.

**We offer weekly and monthly rates for both 30 amp and 50 amp RV Sites.**

Well behaved pets are welcome. Alligators must be kept on a short leash!!



Zans Creekside RV Park

Ruby’s Landing sets 5.6 miles North of Waynesville MO on HWY 17. We are a full-service campground with cabins, RV hookups, fully stocked store, water, sewer and electric hooks ups for RV and tents, 5 and 10-mile floats, Rafts, Kayaks, Canoes, and tubes. We have a wedding chapel, community building and open air pavilion. We have a nice playground for the kids and offer shuttle service for private vessels. The fishing is great, the Gasconade River is scenic and the atmosphere is relaxing.

## Overview

Set on the banks of a calming river, just below the entertaining Clearwater Lake lies River Road Park, known as a jolly ol' place to camp.   
  
The beautiful area is enhanced each spring by flowering shrubs and trees like the redbud, hawthorn, dogwood and wild plum. And bald eagles stay year-round and are known to nest near the lake.

## Recreation

Look for wildlife and pretty landscapes on the Black River Hike and Bike Trail. The trail starts at River Road Park and connects with the Blue Heron and Bottomland interpretive trails. Wildlife includes wetland waterfowl, fox, deer and geese.  
  
The lake and river below provide excellent fishing, swimming and canoeing. 

## Facilities

The majority of campsites have electric and water hookups. Additional amenities include a dump station, hot showers, picnic shelters, a boat ramp, and a playground.  
  
Three group picnic shelters are available for reservation, and these also come with electricity. 

## Natural Features

River Road Park near Clearwater Lake lies below the dam on the Black River.   
  
The lake's shoreline is studded with picturesque bluffs covered in sweet william flowers, indented bays, and serene coves.

In the area, campers enjoy visiting traditional drive-in movie theaters, the Sam A. Baker State Park, local golf courses, and the historic Civil War site at Fort Benton.
