You have to drive pretty far off the highway on gravel roads. When we got to the campground the one lane gravel road was packed on both sides with cars parked for an event at the campground. It made it quite difficult to pull a camper up to the campground. There was a party going on with loud music…
We got here later in the day and the staff was very helpful and got us settled right away. The campground was near full and most, if not all, the sites are pull through. A lot of long Coach RVs. I saw an area for tents and there is a bathhouse with showers. Also a pool. $50 for the night for…
There was no signage and Google and Apple Maps couldn’t get us there. When we found the trailhead there was no designated camping spot on the maps. I
Campground host last weekend where very helpful and great to talk to and were just all around great people
Unfortunately, this was just a one night stay during another of our cross country trips to Cincinnati. This place had it all and is quite lovely with well maintained sites. I’m The owners obviously take pride in keeping things looking neat, clean and welcoming. Good spaces between lots, and…

The campground hosts, Dan and his wife, have been nothing but helpful and kind. They make their rounds often but never impose. Sites are level, the park is quiet, there is fishing and plenty of hiking. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Plenty of spacing between sites too!
Spots are tight and the party is next door, but looking to trying again when the music starts up. We were in a small trailer, fit the spot perfectly, but had to park in the glamping spot due to no other room on our spot. Not sure if there were showers, but we were all self contained.
Perfect place for us to learn the ins and outs as it had full hook-ups. Staff was really friendly, and had the cutest store!

This was a nice short notice trip we took. Only downside is it’s near MU, so throughout the day, you get a lot of kids hanging out until the “quiet hours” set in. Next time we’ll bring bikes and hop on the trail.
Also, we caught an AMAZING sunset from our site!
Arrived Wednesday evening and had the spot to myself. There’s a stocked vault toilet, 2 camping spots with fire rings and a boat ramp. very simple but works! No other amenities available. It’s about 2 miles off the interstate and very peaceful. You’re surrounded by farm lane and wildlife. There’s a…

The distance from the hiway is a big plus! This is a beautiful State Park. Serene, in April. The birds and frogs are amazing!!!! Site is paved, needed just slight levelling. We will return, love it!
Nice big rig friendly campground. One row of full timers while the majority of the park is for shorter stays. Large level gravel spots that can accommodate any size. Visited in March 2021, some pot holes in drive way, but manageable. Trees seemed to be trimmed back compared to other reviews. Nice…
City Park that is right outside of town. 17 spots that are first come first serve, roughly 4 people seem to be full time residents, but kept the park clean. Nice walking trail partially around the lake. Would def stay here again.
We stayed on site 13 for one night in October 2020. It’s about 15-20 minutes from I70. Electric and water hookups, clean showers, very nice campground host. You’re supposed to reserve>24 hours in advance but we pulled up around 8 pm and got a site. Good spacing between sites, pretty level…
Pulled into this cozy campground (probably no more than 50 sites) and had a great set up right on the river. We called around 8PM to inquire and then arrived around midnight and paid online. They had a cute stage for what looked like live music and a little tug boat sits in their boat ramp. Loved…
