There isn’t a campground here. Besides that, pretty cool place.
A huge campground for both tents and RVs. Electrical but no water connections at each RV site. Hot showers and bathrooms within walking distance of each site. The shower spigots stay on a loooong time so no need to keep pushing for shower stream. Super friendly ranger who let us pay for our site…

Absolutely beautiful! Been traveling 150 days, 23 states plus DC, ...THE most pretty state! We lucked out and got an amazing spot... well they're all great! Super quiet, tons of birds, and we saw snake mounds but not yet seen one...birds and butterflies and owls...OH MY😉
Burdette Park is on the west side of Evansville. Really nice park! Currently we are full timing there. They have maybe 24 full huck up spots and about 10 or so w/o sewer. 30/50 amp electric on all. All pads are drive through and very level. They don't have much going on in winter but summertime is…
Lake mauzy is very quiet. No hookups but if you want to boondocks this is a great place.
A park on the outskirts of Evansville Indiana. Has many things to do for the weekend. Many nearby attractions and activities. They have primitive tent sites RV sites with E&W,some also have sewer. Stay the weekend or up to 3 months or longer.
Everything was clean and exactly what you’d expect from an Indiana state park. This is a big campground so things are a bit cramped but we went on a rainy weekend so we had plenty of room. There is a pool in the park (closed to do COVID) and decent hiking trails.
Very humble rural park with a quiet atmosphere and Great Lake for fishing. The people of oblong are also the friendliest around!
Stayed here over 4th of July weekend. Every site was booked so it was packed but the sites are comfortable size. Lots of activities were planned and we had so much fun! Loved the aquatic center!!!
Nice clean campground. Most sites are pretty large. Nice pool with water slide. They just need better walking trails.

Cramped, hookups mis-placed and generally older and somewhat seedy. The county really needs to clean the campground up and evict some of the “Walt and Jessie” rv’s. It’s a jolt when you come up on it tucked in back by the bmx track. The park is a million times nicer than that campground.
They have a great swimming pool. They do fun things for families to join in. They have bike trails all throughout for you to bike on. Very kid friendly!!
This campground has 200 sites, electric only. 4 nice bathhouses. Water stations throughout, can use to fill up but not stay connected to. Most sites gravel, about a handful that are paved for handicap.
Has 3 different playgrounds throughout, recently updated. Nice nature center.
Park also has…
Over 200 gravel sites many sloping so choose wisely. I chose site 39 and it was close to level. Well spaced.Vault toilets and bathhouses. Only lower camp area bathhouse open before summer.Garbage bin overflowing. Fire pit, table, electric. Playgrounds. Water nearby. River with boat launch in park.…
