Great Location, Solid Amenities

Or site was large enough for two double tents, a hammock, and 2 vehicles. Each site includes a fire ring and picnic table. The office sells firewood. Both bath houses were adequate, even containing shampoo and body wash. Staff was friendly. Some if the sites are rather close to each other, and the…

Beautiful, serene, spectacular views

We loved our short stay just after Labor Day weekend, despite heavy rains. The lake view and wooded sites offer enough variety for every style of camping with one consistent plus: that view. Rain or shine, it was breathtaking. Peaceful, relatively private sites are well maintained and…

Idk

Wanted to like it but it feels too crowded and overused. Is this a man made lake? Not bad fishing and plenty of convenienves but couldnt launch our kayaks from our premium watersite. Definitely not worth the price.

Quiet and large sites

We spent 4 nights here in our 27 ft toy hauler with 2 dogs. Sites were roomy and many are seasonal. As we were there during the week, it was incredibly quiet with few people. The lake linked to a river was great for kayaking and fishing. We arrived at night and they had left everything for us…

Great place to unplug

WE love staying at Rollins Pond in a tent! Our family always meet friendly people and falling asleep to loons is priceless! We always have wildlife at our site. This past trip we had chipmunks, squirrels, ducks, and a crane. The time before, we had a family of loons!

Perfect location and quiet

No noisy neighbors even on a Saturday night. Great cell reception with Verizon; what more do you need. Yes, there is road noise. Trade off for the closeness to ADK trailheads.

Need a boat

I came here a couple days ago only to realize that all except one campsite needs a boat to be reached. It's first come first serve so best to find another place if you intend to drive up to your campsite. The drive up campsite had an outhouse though so that was nice

Peaceful, beautiful wooded private sites

My husband candy I went for work. Stayed there from Sunday through Thursday’s. First booked a site without electric. YES THEY HAVE 3 loops with electric. While driving there I took a peak online to find that they had one site that had come available with electric. We immediately called and…

Shhh….

One of my favorite parks ever. Absolutely perfect. Water views, cheap good firewood, big private sites and brand new bathhouses.

Nice place, weird bear rules, best for RV or trailers due to bear rules

No cell service or WiFi. No hookups. Odd bear rules that basically make you pack up your site when not in use, unless you have a trailer or RV. No bear proof lockers to help out like federal campgrounds. Will not be back until we get a trailer or RV. Sites are nice, secluded and not packed…

New Favorite Campground

We managed to secure a site right on the lake and the view was gorgeous. The sites were far enough apart where you still felt some privacy. Table and fire pit were in good condition, and restrooms are a 2 minute walk down the road.

Great location, careful with your site selection.

My friend is a local and recommended this campground for the sunsets. The rain made that difficult to confirm, but we loved the place. It’s the standard weird-ass New York thing where you have a site and you can park wherever the hell you want within it (so foreign to me), but you should spend some…

This is why we love camping

We visited Fish Creek Pond Campground June 20 - 24th. We were told that this was just before NY children got off for summer vacation. It was beautiful and peaceful classic camping. After they play taps at 10 pm, it's completely quiet. All the sites are on the water and fairly level. We had site…
