When we booked, no one thought to question if we could swim in the lake.
The campground and area is nice. The campers are pretty much all about the water activities. The big lake is nice and long with multiple no wake areas. There are a couple of beach areas. The camp bathrooms are concrete block and pretty clean but old and need updates. Great shower pressure! The…

Stayed at this campground 3 nights in one of their pull through RV sites. (Sites 8r and 5r) the site was paved and level and had a full hook up. The full hook up sites are in the middle of the camp, thus can be a little noisy. The more scenic sites are along the lake and are gravel and only have…
This is a very nice campground with hood clean sites. Several pull throughs available. A lake to fish in, and a nice pool. Very friendly staff. Kids playground.
Great little park located just far enough away to get away but close enough to town to run and get something if you forgot it.
Campground is pretty compact but stays pretty quiet. Two well maintained restrooms and shower facilities. Property has a lodge, cabins, pull through, full hook up, and…
Hueston Wood, a real gem. The park is about 3000 acres with a beautiful sailing / fishing lake. There is a beautiful lodge and golf course, archery range, and plenty of hiking paths and equestrian paths.
The biggest issue for us was the description of the site at C36 was nothing like the…

Rolled into this area for water and found two free campgrounds next to the river with a large park for the dogs to play in. A pretty solid spot except you don’t have much privacy. Other than that would definitely recommend for a night or two.
Honestly coming in, we were a little suspicious because it doesn’t seem like a RV park and since we didn’t have anything to reference we kept going.
We found an empty site just across from the playground but we camped in the car. There is water hookup, a fire pit, and electrical outlets, and…

Im not a huge fan of not having water access at the site but overall I recommend!
Open spacious plots with electrical access but no water at the specific sites! The area also has a bathroom and a gatehouse.
The area is only open in June and in September because of hunting season and their are…
My daughter and I camped a few nights in a site right on the water. The first morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The nights were still chilly, so there were very few campers. The bathrooms and showers were clean. We will definitely be going back to this jewel of a…

This is a small little campground near I75. There is a fair amount of road noise to complete with the sounds of the stream running through the CG.
Sites are fairly close together, gravel, and level.
(Our neighbors were actually parked in the grass on our site.)
Fire rings are provided.
This is more of an area for the RVS and members of the animal teams than it is for actual camping or parking an RV. This is used only when the fair is in town, not an all year staying ground. There’s no electric or water access at the grounds to my knowledge since the grounds aren’t for regular…

Very pretty view of the riverfront! The campground was a little hard to find because it’s hidden behind an actual park but once we found it, we found that each campground had a picnic table BUT not every site had water and electric outlets. This area looks like it hasn’t been taken care of in a…
