We have 134 campsites, of which 81 are seasonal sites, 48 overnight sites and 5 rentals. Oh, and FREE Wi-Fi!

Devil’s Lake State Park has three campgrounds with a total of 423 sites that each accommodate a family (One to six individuals). There are only 10 first-come-first-serve campsites. They are located in the Quartzite campground. There are also nine group campsites that can accommodate a total of 240 campers for Devils lake Wisconsin camping. Group campsites are on the south side. Each campground has different qualities that have made each of them popular with annual campers. There are no campgrounds near or on the shoreline of Devil’s Lake itself.

Founded in 1911, Devil's Lake is the third oldest state park in Wisconsin, the largest and the most visited. LocationDevil's Lake offers magnificent views from 500-foot quartzite bluffs overlooking a 360-acre lake. Enjoy lakeshore picnic areas, sandy swimming beaches, 29 miles of hiking trails or ease into the backcountry solitude. Devil's Lake is a beautiful year-round park with an intriguing natural history along the 1,000-mile Ice Age National Scenic Trail.

Camping at Devil’s Lake State Park is extremely popular. Plan ahead, explore your options and make your camping or other lodging reservations well before you arrive.

Devil’s Lake State Park has three campgrounds with a total of 423 sites that each accommodate a family (One to six individuals). Only the Quartzite campground is open for winter camping.

Grand Valley Campground

The Blue Mound campground is open year-round and offers 77 wooded sites, 12 bike/hike-in sites and a rustic accessible cabin for people with disabilities.

Each site, including the cabin, has a picnic table and a fire ring. Toilets and water fountains are conveniently located throughout the campground. Two electric sites are accessible for people with disabilities. A modern flush toilet/shower building is across from site 30.

Accessible Sites: Sites 28 and 32 are handicap accessible sites. Both sites have electrical hook-ups, accessible fire rings and a hard-surface path that leads to the toilet/shower building. Site 28 is a hard surface. These campsites and cabin can be reserved by visitors with disabilities and provide access to the barrier-free bathroom with shower.

Bike-Hike Sites: These sites are between the Military Ridge State Trail and the Blue Mound Family Campground. New for 2020 all these sites are reservable. 
No cars are allowed at these sites and visitors must hike-in or bike-in to camp.
