Duck Creek Campground

Duck Creek Campground operates as a privately-managed facility from April through October, with sites ranging from $45-$110 per night and reservations available. The campground provides full hookups for RVs along with electric, water, and sewer connections, plus amenities like WiFi, showers, and a dump station. Access options include drive-in, walk-in, and hike-in sites.

The property centers around a swimming pond that draws families, with campers noting the floating inflatables and play structures nearby. Several reviewers mention fishing opportunities both in the pond and along Duck Creek itself. The on-site restaurant serves food including gyros and what one visitor calls "flat fries," though hours vary seasonally. A dog park provides space for pets to run.

"Duck Creek, for my money, is the best place in SE Wisconsin," writes Michael T., highlighting the larger sites and evening quiet hours. Campers report narrow internal roads that can make maneuvering larger RVs challenging. The campground sits about 30 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, making it a staging point for area attractions.

Weekend themed activities run during peak season, and volleyball and basketball courts supplement the water activities. Stock up on supplies at nearby Lodi before arriving, as several campers recommend this stop for provisions.

My favorite place

Duck Creek, for my money, is the best place in SE Wisconsin. Staff is friendly, sites are big, food is awesome, and when it’s time for quiet, it’s quiet. The fact that there isn’t golf carts buzzing around all hours of the day and night is nice. Kids love the swim pond and pond floating playground. Fish in the pond with little ones or walk to Duck Creek with the bigger ones, fishing is pretty good.

Also, no matter what you do, go to the Do Duck Inn and get the flat fries! Amazing…

Great place for the kids

The staff here was extremely friendly.  We did not spend a lot of time at the campground since we were there for the Dells on a long trip from Atlanta, GA to Duluth, MN.  The kids did have a blast in the pond and there is a really nice dog park that our pup enjoyed.  There is also a restaurant on site and a small bar down by the pond that were both closed while we were there (we came in after 4th of July weekend and they were taking some time off after the holiday) but seem like they would be great amenities.  We would definatley stay again if going to the Dells (about 30 min away).  Also, do yourself a favor and stock up at the Lodi Meat Market!

Fall camping

We stayed here the last weekend open in 2020.  Felt very welcome from check-in to check-out.  Owners obviously care about maintenance and upgrades and it shows.  We would stay here again.

Family friendly campground offering a peaceful outdoor experience

Duck Creek Campground is very family friendly. They have weekend themed activities for kids and adults, a clean swimming pond with inflatables, volleyball & basketball courts and play structures for the kids. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, my favorite is the gyros! The bathrooms and shower were clean and warm! We were surrounded by friendly people and welcoming owners and employees.
