Delta Lake State Park

A very nice, tidy campground located on a peninsula jutting into Delta Lake in Central NY. Our site was level and large enough for our 22ft Airstream, a 4-person tent, pop-up canopy, and 2 vehicles. A picnic table and fire ring were on the site. Our site had 30A electrical service. The surface…

Great Resort Campground

I’ll start by saying Swan Bay is a busy, family-oriented campground. We arrived on a weekend and it was pretty busy but loved it during the week when everybody left and things were quieter. Our site (#38) was a Passport America site so we got a great nightly rate of $42 which is half of the regular…

  • Sites are paved with some gravel and paved patios.
  • Beautiful waterfront sites if you want to shell out the $

Would not stay again!

Not really sure what to say about this campground, other than I would not stay here again (thus a one-star rating). It really is not what you would think of as a “campground” or “RV Park.” It is a decent price at $40/night + tax for a 50-amp full hook-up site but it is pretty dumpy. There are tons…

  • Lots of park models.
  • Our site (in the forefront) was grassy with picnic table and fire pit but not very level for our coach.
  • Transient sites.

Worst owners don’t go

Worst campground ever been too and we have been to a lot as full time rvers! They are unprofessional and rude. Called us one night Well we weren’t at the rv at the time to do what they wanted. Then we get a very rude and unwanted nasty text from the other owner saying we were rude on phone and that…

A snow sports hub

I took my small RV here on its maiden voyage. I found this spot on Google maps just pouring over imagery. I took off after work on Friday evening and pulled in after dark. There are 3 large buildings, a parking lot up front and a gravel driveway. I pulled to the back and parked out of the way.…

Beautiful views

I love going here! Going across to the island is so fun and feels so special. The views are beautiful i definitely recommend the sunrise size. The sunset is of course beautiful but sunrise sites are much bigger and can lead right to the water which is much nicer. It’s a lot less windy and easier to…

Beautiful area

Nice campground, but a little cramped, and wasn't a fan of the sandy sites but we did love the area, and the really enjoyed the campground overall. We would definitely visit again

Old Forge Camping Resort, NY

My family and I have been visiting Old Forge Camping Resort for 20+ years. This is one of the most family friendly resorts and a perfect weekend getaway for those living in other parts of New York State. The visitors/welcome center has everything you need, including firewood, sweatshirts and…

Beautiful Shores of Lake Ontario

This campground is part of the Long Point State Park, a long spit on the shore of Lake Ontario. Part of the Thousand Islands. The campground has some of the best amenities we have seen in a state park. Personal toilet, shower& sink are contained within separate rooms within the amenity block,…

Want to unplug?

Cedar valley is tucked away in a nice ravine along a slow moving creek. Mainly for those with campers but tent camping is welcomed. (and it's by the creek). The host/owner was amazing.

We were moving from Florida to New York and this was our final stop. We spent three weeks in the camper with 2…
