Nice huge site with basically your own valued bathroom one other campsite shares. Perfect for dry camping with your rv if you want some extra quiet and privacy you could rent both sites at $20ea.
Creek runs right by the campground. This campground is about 4 miles off highway 36. Horseshoe pits are right across from camp host. Was very quiet
Pros: huge sites with grass and trees. Big enough for the largest RV’s.
Cons: no river access and a naked guy sitting on a bluff.
I have stayed here several times as a waypoint on my travels between California to Washington. It is a nice safe quiet park that has many pull through spaces for RVs spending the night. I have used their website to reserve a space and then pick up the paperwork outside the door of their office.…
Excellent after hour Service. Very clean rv park
This is a hidden gem on highway 36. Most of the sites had good shade for both trailers and tents. You have to boil the water, so we brought plenty with us. Lassen Park is just a short drive away.

The road in is dirt and pretty long but my Toyota Camry made it no problem. The campsites are pretty large but you definitely can see and sometimes hear the people near you. Vault toilets, well for water. Maybe a quarter mile from the easiest place to get into Silver lake. You can also walk over…
One of the best if not the best parks we have stayed
Absolutely beautiful campsite area. Bathrooms were basic, buy clean. We'll be back.
All the amenities! You name it, they got it. Clean sites, spacious, perfectly level sites. Adjoining the Sacramento River. Well worth the cost!
Lovely campground. Bathrooms basic, but clean. Private lots
We drove up to the the other side of Lassen 30min away and saw the Sulphur Works hydrothermal vent. We also saw a small bear and deer there. The lake is a short 5 min drive or less away and the museum has a Junior Ranger program which is a book of neat educational tasks for the kids to complete so…

This campground has 3 loops with over 100 sites. Operated by PG&E on Lake Almanor. There are no bear boxes, just food lockers, so secure your food in your vehicle. Each loop has its own host, so information is always near by.
This is a day use, free boat launch area.
Cute campground about 4 miles from Highway 36. No lake access at all, but a stream runs down the side of the campground, so you can hear the water all night. Horseshoe pits are available.
