Overprized

Clean bath room and sufficient wifi but directly next to the highway which is very loud. The campground does have complet hook up which works as it should. But the highway noise is disturbing.

Thanks for staying with us, Michael. We are indeed an urban RV park and do our best to provide a clean, convenient, and congenial place to stay while in Santa Barbara. Thanks for giving us a try.

Good but quite overpriced

No dump station, no potable water. Bathrooms and laundry super clean.

Month of VisitMarch

Thanks so much for staying with us! Just a couple of quick corrections: all sites have full hookups with water, sewer, electric (30 & 50 amp), cable & wifi. We don't have a dump station per se because all sites have their own dump. And all sites have easy access to Santa Barbara City water. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to see you again soon!

Nice Pit Stop

Great place to stop if you want to explore Santa Barbara for a few days. Right off the highway so convenient but also you get the freeway soundtrack. Its honestly not bad, if you are ready to sleep, you will sleep no problem.

Small but friendly.

Let's face it it is small. It is right off the freeway. We didn't end up catching the email from the owners telling us to pull our large rig through the first entrance, wish we had because we blocked traffick for a bit and were about an inch on either side from a parked car and a fence. Oh well, we should have read the email more clearly. Our spot is good size, wifi is good. Don't expect quiet and tranquility here, because the high is about 50 ft away. The owners are really nice, and would give more stars just for them, but hey it is what it is. Works just fine.

Walkable / Bike-able location; nice staff!

We were hesitant at first from working remote by being so close to the highway, but the tall wall that separates the highway and the park works very well. We ended up extending our stay because it worked out so well.

Wifi and AT&T cell service worked great overall. Video calls were inconsistent so hotspotted those calls, but streaming and email and search worked just fine.

Very close to neighbors and a tight fit, but the city has so much to offer, we didn't need to spend much time at the RV park so were fine with cramped space. Great owners and really nice and accommodating staff. Management helped us park.

Laundry conveniently on site and worked really well.$1.50 wash and$1.00 dry. Trader Joes.7 mi away; walkable to the waterfront and biking lanes and trails all around.

I'd give it a 5 if it wasn't for the freeway

This was an excellent urban campground.  It's very compact and depending on your site you may need to coordinate pulling in and out with neighbor sites.  Very clean, very nice and helpful staff.  It's right in the city - near to the beach and zoo (biking distance for us).  Only flaw is it's right next to the freeway.  But it's ideal if you want to visit Santa Barbara!

Overnights only!

I agree the hosts are wonderful and helpful and if you need to stay in Santa Barbara, this is the closest spot. We booked a pull through hoping to have plenty of space to unwind and chill. Our space was so ridiculously small, we could not fit 2 chairs. No picnic table, so we literally could not go outside. 21 should be a drive thru, not a spot. The noise from the freeway is atrocious.

Clean and comfortable

Owner was super nice! Clean and new showers. Right by the freeway but quick walk to the beach and downtown. Only available to those permanently on the road at this time, due to COVID restrictions.

Great urban campground

Loved the convenience of this campground. It’s an easy bike ride to beaches, downtown and restaurants. Very clean and showers were very nice! Some road noise but it didn’t bother us.
