Gave it an extra star for proximity to Cuyahoga Valley NP, bargain price for a site with electric hookups, quiet setting and helpful hosts. No road noise, other campers very considerate. Sites are grass or overgrown gravel. Semi-level. Our first visit at site #1 was very difficult to level a 24 ft…
We stayed here one night in June and again in July. Both times were great. Level sites. Easy to get out for supplies. The wood for sale was not great and $$$.
Great territory, with kayaks, hiking trails decent showers, and playgrounds and basketball hoops

A decent state campground. Extremely nice during weekdays, but overly crowded on weekends.
Highly recommend full hookup, unless you like waiting in line for bathroom / shower.
The view is gorgeous and the people are super friendly. Very clean bathrooms.
I used to visit Bayshore quite often throughout the years with an former lover of mine & their family. It was by far one of my favorite places to go or run to when I needed to get away but also to vacation or enjoy fun around Halloween with the kiddies trick or treating and enjoying their…
I have camped here at least once every year since I discovered Guilford Lake in 2017. The campground is clean (mostly) and quiet. It is dog friendly; all dogs must be leashed.
Quiet. Right on the lake; super easy lake access. Boat ramp. Swimming beach. Convenient (for me anyway).…
Great campsite. Connected to the Stow Silver Lakes Park with everything you need minus the showers
We fell in love with this little campground. While our site wasn't lakefront, many of the sites are right on the water. We only spent one night there but we're really looking forward to returning with more time to stay so that we can take advantage of the kayak and paddle boat rentals.
It’s definitely not a destination in and of itself, but if you’re into the nearby town (we aren’t) it could be good. Decent beach, some sand but plenty of Great Lakes rocks, campsites are spacious but a little confused. So, they’ve cleared the brush between sites but didn’t grow much grass… either…
Summed up in bullet points. We are experienced campers, so perhaps our standards are higher.
- Was not greeted, had to find where to check in
- Guide to spot did not show, after 20 minutes tried to find own spot, we were told PT-X, but our site was labeled PPT-X, could not reach a person to…
This was a Fall camping experience in a cabin as we knew it would be cold in the evenings. We also had a non-camper with us so this was a nice compromise. We had a cozy cabin with 2 bathrooms. We also had a small kitchen where we could cook when we didn't want to cook over the fire. This was…

We love Geneva..its close to everything..downtown, beach, play area, etc. Downfall is flooding and the lack of upkeep on lawn.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and stayed 2 nights. We were a little worried about getting in on a June weekend, but surprisingly, it did not fill up. $15/night for a tent site with showers and it was a great site along the woods with a nice flat area and could still see the lake.
