Great time camping with kids Firepits and lake view
Great campsite for stargazing. We stayed in campsite 22, which required to walk up a hill to get to, but was actually very nice because you get sort of a cliff to look over. A lot of trees in our particular site, we did not even need to put up our canopy there was plenty of shade. Plenty of trails…

We like coming here because it’s close to us and a nice little getaway to relax and make sure all our gear is good to go for our longer camping trips. A lot of trails around and the town is close by with a store and restaurants. Bathrooms are always clean everyone at campsites are good on being…

The site hosts were super nice and helpful and the location itself is both beautiful and has good amenities.
Also good cell reception which is always a bonus
The facilities were clean and the rangers were around for questions. There was a group there with loud music the second night and no one there to stop it so it persisted throughout the night. The area around the camp ground is nice with a park and places to hike. Will go back for sure.
Nice sites with connections surrounding pretty lake.
Really has helped me especially when hotels cost too much lol
By quiet I mean not a lot of human noise, but the birds! So many talkative and beautiful birds to enjoy. We stayed here during the second weekend of July and while it was pretty hot, it was only about 1/3 of the way full and still very quiet. The only issue we had was the BUGS. Definitely prepare…
We visited this campsite with 4 other families. We thoroughly enjoyed the stream the trails the pool and all the good times.
We tent camped 3 days 2 nights during Memorial weekend with 3 other families. We really enjoyed the drive up Idylwild, beautiful scenery. I think the sites are a bit too close to each other, I would prefer more space between sites. But it's a quiet campground, everyone goes to sleep early around…
There are only 3 secluded camping spots on each side of Apple Canyon rd. Dirt roads with certain spots with big dips. I should have took the rd where it says campsite #1 because it also leads to #2 and of is much smoother.
No hook ups or water but a fire pit, bench and porta potty near site…
We had such a great time at Lake Hemet Campground! The staff are so helpful and friendly and really wanted to make sure we had the best time. The views are just amazing and the lake is beautiful!
This was a great quick get away for my family and I. The kids all love fishing at the pond on site. Plenty of space between campgrounds. No issues with hook-ups or amenities. Pool was still closed due to COVID restrictions but looked clean. Paid about $95 for a 2 night stay.
Was a little…
My family stayed at lake Hemet camping 7/3 -7/5
We thought that we would be able to have a great holiday weekend but our camp spots were in the middle of All of the people that lives on the property and that is 90% of the camping spots. We were unable to enjoy our holiday because All of the…

Sky Valley is an RV park. There are two locations in the park with mineral Pools and mineral hot tubs. There is a large grass area with ponds and black swans. This is a great location to relax by the the pool with a short drive to Palm Springs or Joshua tree. There are pickle ball courts, shuffle…
