The property is overlooking the beautiful Oley Valley and has convenient paths to roam around and enjoy the open fields, nature, and views. There are fishing locations close by, restaurants, bars, and local produce shops, between 5-20 min driving in all directions.

Sleeping

Our cozy setup includes a spacious king-size bed with 2 Twin XL mattresses, along with 2 extra single mattresses for 2 more people. Need room for one more person? No problem! We've got space on the floor where they can snuggle up with a sleeping bag.

Don't worry if you don't have sleeping bags of your own or prefer not to bring them along—we've got you covered! You can rent our comfy sleeping bags for just $10 each, regardless of how long you'll be staying. Let us know in advance if you will need sleeping bags.



Electricity

Our campsite caters to both primitive and luxurious experiences. If you desire electricity, a quiet generator is available nearby for an additional fee of $30 per day, including gasoline. You can use it to light up the camp with our delightful string lights, charge your devices, and more.



Bonfire

We have a fantastic fire pit available for your enjoyment at the campsite. Feel free to bring your own wood, and if needed, we can also supply you with wood for the fire. Simply let us know in advance how many packs you'll require. Each pack of wood is priced at $15.



For those who prefer a smoke-free and hassle-free way to stay warm, we offer a convenient small propane outdoor heater that functions similarly to a bonfire. The fee for using this heater is $30 per stay or per propane tank (20 lb), depending on which one ends first. Please note that using 16 oz small propane cylinders with this heater is not recommended, as they will deplete quickly.



Kitchen

Our kitchen is equipped with a grill/smoker, a spacious cooler, and a convenient serving table, ensuring a seamless cooking experience during your stay.



We've provided essential cooking utensils, including a skillet, a small pot for boiling water, a spatula, a serving spoon and fork, utensils for four people, and cups. Additionally, grill tools are available for your convenience. Kindly remember to bring your own cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and other preferred seasonings.



If you intend to use the propane stove for cooking, we kindly ask you to bring your own Coleman 16 oz. All-Purpose Propane Camping Gas Cylinders. These green small containers are commonly available in stores. However, if you prefer us to handle the propane supply, we offer the service at a cost of $15 per container. Simply inform us in advance, and we will gladly take care of it for you.



Restroom/Shower

We provide restroom and shower facilities for your convenience during your stay.

The shower is a field shower, and while it does not have hot water, it offers a refreshing bathing experience amidst the natural surroundings.

For restroom needs, we have porta-potties available. They are conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the campsite.



Heating inside the tent

Currently, we have a propane heater with a 20 lb tank that can warm you up during the night. Let us know if you wish to use it. The fee for using this heater is also $30 per stay or per propane tank.



Noise

We kindly request that our campsite be treated as a tranquil and peaceful environment, rather than a venue for raves or parties with loud music. While we appreciate the healing power of music and welcome its presence, we ask that it be kept at a reasonable volume throughout the day. To ensure a restful experience for all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM until 8 AM. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines. Thank you.



Property lines

We would like to inform our guests that the surrounding woods are not part of our property. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from crossing over into the neighboring properties during your stay.



Pets

We love pets! This place is heaven for dogs, so bring your lovely friend with you and have fun. If you do bring your pet make sure that it doesn't go on the bed and mattresses and that you clean after your pet, even if he or she did it in the forest or the open field. Others follow you and wouldn't want to bump into it. Thank you!

Our premises offer a variety of scenic paths for you to walk and explore. Take in the breathtaking views of Oley Valley from our swing located at the top of the hills, known as Vista Point. To help you navigate and discover the different points of interest, we have provided a property map. Simply pick one up from the green mailbox at the entrance, where you'll find information on the location of the meditation circle, various vista points, and general property lines. Feel free to embark on a journey of discovery and make the most of the beautiful surroundings.



The Oley Valley and the mountains and other valleys around have a lot to offer. If you'd like to explore the area, please let us know, and we'll provide you with a map or a link to local attractions.



Rolling Hills Retreats

Located on top of a ridge that overlooks the winding Tohickon Creek, this 20+ acre campsite is peaceful with abundant wildlife. Secluded enough for you to unwind and relax but conveniently close to the small towns of Ottsville, Easton, Bethlehem, Frenchtown and Doylestown. 

Spend your time relaxing at camp, at the creek or exploring adjacent Nockamixon State Park. The park offers fishing, paddle boarding and boating opportunities on the lake, and swimming and hiking in the park. Ralph Stover, Peace Valley, Ringing Rocks and Delaware Canal State Parks are only a 15-minute drive for outdoor enthusiasts.

The campsite is accessible by car and firewood is included so you can start relaxing as soon as possible. Enjoy your perfect getaway at this peaceful secluded site!

You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided (you___re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. Tentrr Signature Site - Nockamixon Forest Camp

Just 1.5 hours from NYC and conveniently close to the Saucon Creek, this campsite is a campers' paradise. The site is bounded by the Saucon Creek and a 30' high limestone outcrop. The campsite is perched 30 feet above the creek, but another trail provides easy access. The site is accessed off a private drive, through a field and down a gentle grade to the campsite.

The site is an easy walk (less than a mile) from the Hellertown Park n' Ride. Campers can also enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking  and swimming right outside of your campsite. Hiking, mountain biking trails and a rail trail are within a mile of the site.  All of these amenities plus paintball and more are available in the surrounding area. Boulder Ridge Farm is 65 acres of private land less than two hours from New York City and located in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania. 

There is a large pond loaded with fish, frogs, turtles and other wild life. Beautiful hiking trails into the forest.   

Bring your own tents, food, and supplies. We provide wood and water. Please only use firewood we set up for you. You can buy extra firewood if you want it. $5 small stack $50 large stack. Just ask. Any dead branches or fallen trees you are welcome to burn in firepit!!! Feel free to forage in woods for fire wood.The golden rule that every camper must follow. Pack it in, pack it out. Also referred to as“leave it better than you found it,” this is the rule that ensures that camping remains sustainable and that campsites will remain clean enough to be enjoyed for years to come. 

Boulder Ridge Farm

Beautiful land with lovely surroundings located on the grounds of my 1850 spring house which I occupy. The camping area is either in the back (wooded and moss) or up on hill with abundance of wildlife. 1 hour from Philly-1 hour to Jim Thorpe. Biking not your thing? Treat yourself to a ride on the Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern's Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway out of Jim Thorpe.  Want more of a challenge?  Take in a hike on the Appalachian Trail which runs along the top of the mountain just 3 miles from our camp.  Are you a vintage drive-in movie buff?  Mahoning Valley Drive-in is just 10 minutes away.  Local distilleries and wineries are open to visitors as well as the #9 Coal Mine in historic Lansford, and Eckley Miners Village too.  To the east is the town of Palmerton with many shops and places to eat,, or visit Weatherly for their twice-annual Auto Hill Climb. Sound like a lot of fun?  it is but if you want to just kick back, chill out at your campsite and simply immerse yourself in the tranquility of our forest, be our guest.  It's your getaway.

Come and enjoy the peaceful quietness Serenity has to offer.  This site used to be a Boy Scout Camp and some of their artifacts remain.  Look around and you'll see pathways leading to individual Patrol and Leader Campsites.

You will be sharing the woods with wild animals, bring enough food for yourself but not to share with the wildlife.  Please be sure to keep food out of your tent area, and the doors zipped up when you're not in camp.  We have designated cooking and eating areas for your convenience and safety.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper___s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

You will be sharing the woods with wild animals, bring enough food for yourself and not to share with the wildlife.  Please be sure to keep food out of your tent area, and the doors closed up when youre not in camp.  We haves designated cooking and eating areas for your convenience and safety.

Tentrr Signature Site - Four Oaks at Camp Temike

We are a private campsite right next to Pohopoco Creek which flows into Beltsville Lake State Park, 
Just 30 minutes North to Stroudsburg or 20 Minutes south to Jim Thorpe, you are not far from many local eateries and shops for you to enjoy. If hanging out at the campsite is more your speed, that's encouraged too! 
Nearby is Big Creek Winery and Vineyard, Haydt's Meat Market and Farm, Beltzville Beverage for ice, soda, water and adult beverages.  In the spring and early summer, the stream is high enough to float via tube or kayak to the lake.  For the fisherman the creek is suitable for light spinner and fly fishing. The stream is not stocked and contains native species of trout.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. If planning to tube or kayak the stream; do wear a life jacket.  Don't let the campfire become a forest fire.

We go the extra mile to make your stay all that you hoped it would be. It's your home away from home, where you will have the freedom to make the time here relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. You can do this in the quiet and secluded setting by the peaceful trickle that comes from Pigeon Creek. You also have the peaceful wooded surroundings to just breathe in the fresh air or go for a hike.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided (you___re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). In the age of social distancing, isolated time can still be quality time - especially when you___re unplugged and out in nature - and we want you to know that the Tentrr team and our hosts are working together to make sure you have a safe and relaxing experience. Our hosts have been doing a great job ensuring our campsites are clean and spotless for your arrival. We ask that you do your part as well - maintain social distancing, clean up after yourselves, and leave no trace - so that everyone in our camping communities can enjoy these cherished outdoor spaces. 

To limit the potential impact of community spread during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are encouraging our campers and hosts to adopt self-check in procedures whenever possible. To make self check-in easy, Tentrr provides a map to your site and driving directions in an email sent out a few days before your reservation. Please refer to this guide to get to your campsite. As a reminder, it is good practice to give your host a head's up on your estimated arrival time a few days beforehand. If you need any assistance, you can reach out to your host through the contact information provided in your confirmation email.

Other Things to Note:
Don't leave too much food left out you might attract the raccoons. But there is plenty of quiet surroundings to go for a short walk. This is also a good central location to camp at and plan your day trips with many activities around Berks County.
