Know what you're signing up for!

This beautiful campground is host to many music festivals during the camping season. That being said do not go if you're uncomfortable with a lot of partying and loudness! This isn't the place for everybody but if that's what you're looking for you've found it here! If you just want to swim and…

Excellent Park & Campground!

We have just returned from our first stay at Punderson and have no complaints! Sites are smallish, but clean, mostly level and well kept, as is the camping area in general. There are NO pull-through sites I am aware of. Had a picnic with nearby family at one of the pavilions… again, neat and clean…

Zero would be better!

So my daughter and I love camping and converted our minivan to a camping van just so we can hop in and go at a whim!  Let me start by saying, the 3 times we stayed, there were LOUD parties each and every time!  There are no rules, apparently, and the locals know it is their backyard party place. …

Small sites

Small sites, oddly set up. Our site was an not level cement pad, then a slippery slope down to our fire pit. No cell reception. The lake was very full of algae, no swimming.

Close quarters

Campsites are pretty close to each other. In the rustic area a group plugged their extension cord into the bathouse and ran it to their site. Multiple generators running all night long. We moved to the electric side and our neighbors were about 25 feet away and the site flooded in the rain... …

You pay for the experience

Very much the quintessential RV park. Overpriced, but you are really paying to be close to the amusement park.

Full hookups. Nice pool, close to the beach. Clean bathrooms and showers. Fully stocked store. Close to neighbors, but some well-placed shrubbery makes it feel private.

Beautiful View

We camp at West Branch yearly with our grandsons. This is our second year on site 163. We love the view of the lake. Unfortunately, this year the poison ivy was abundant in the woods surrounding our site, and I was concerned the boys or the dog might get into it. There are raised roots near the pad…

A great weekend of fun!

We went tent camping for the weekend and really enjoyed it! Many tent sites available and rather spacious sites. The beach was full since it was Labor Day weekend, but clean and shallow for kids to easily play. Clean bathrooms and shower houses and lots of places to ride our bikes. A nice place to…

Crappy place

I have family that has had their camper here for 2 seasons. The road to their camper is horrid to drive down. There’s no where for extra cars to park. The pool, and I use that term loosely, isn’t even done. It’s so small for the size of the campground. Today, we were at the beach with many other…

Clean and fun.

We stay here a couple of times per year and every time it’s a blast. The swimming pond has inflatables and boat rentals. There’s good fishing, and typically lots of activities. The place is clean and friendly with a pretty good selection at the camp store.

East Harbor State Park

This is a gem of State Park. The sites are clean and flat, plenty of shaded areas for tent campers. Great park to ride bikes and stroll around
