Amazing !

We just arrived here and have fallen in love with this place. Cozy, super clean, especially the bathrooms! And it’s not just for RVs. There are cabins and yurts. Host is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend!

Very pretty campground

Very nice camp host and beautiful campground. A little spendy for what they had to offer us. We ended up not staying because it was $30 for us to park in gravel in the middle of their lot. The cabins and tents looked really nice but were booked up for the night.

Loved this one!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our trip from Texas. Quiet, pet and kid friendly, and the staff was great! Clean grounds that they are constantly working on- and the bakery was delicious for breakfast. Close to Montana, Big Horn National park, Sheridan, etc. great location! But the staff was just…

Dispersed Free Camping off Route 20

Driving through Bighorn National Forest we found TONS of free dispersed camping off route 20.

Sites are primitive… No running water, no electric, no restrooms. Sites consist of previously used dispersed site containing clearing and fire pits. There are camping spots for tents and RVs from large…

Nature at its finest

It was so so beautiful and secluded. There were other camp sights around but still very private and clean. Didn’t have any trouble with bears visiting but we made sure to pick everything up and leave it the way we found it for others to enjoy!

Nice and tidy

We enjoyed Sheridan. The laundry and bathrooms were clean. The campground was clean. A fenced in area for dogs to run and play was fun. We would go back.

Lazy R Campground, WY

We visited because the campground was only a short drive to the Big Horn Mountains which are gorgeous and worth seeing. The campground has a cute bakery and store which you should have breakfast at and order their homemade biscuits. The showers and bathrooms were sufficient. There are a lot of…

Great spot at the base of the Big Horns!

Right off the highway leading into the mountains. Has a great coffee shop and bakery on the property. The owners are fantastic people as well. They don’t have a TON of spots, and they’re popular so if you’re looking to go this way... call ahead!

Great Fishing Spot!

Heading back behind some local farms is a gem of a fishing spot. It's a wide open group camp spot with vaulted toilet only no showers. Great access to the river with a little boat ramp. There's only one campsite with shade and it looks like you need a 4x4 to get in there. The shaded spot is quite a…

Beautiful Sunsets...

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very clean facilities and pool area. Good selection of goods in the office groceries as well as RV accessories. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I believe the bathroom facilities could use a little updating but a great little campsite overall…

Convenient not necessarily cheep

Convenient not necessarily cheep. Pretty close to battle of little bighorn. Pool was refreshing. I agree with the other review that the staff wasn't very enthusiastic about checking us in. I liked they were having a fund raiser and selling ice cream. Spots were flat. Power was ample. Sayed there…

Ok for an overnight, wouldn't stay long term

We stayed here as an overnight stop during our summer trip.

There is not much in Hardin at all, but the campground provide plenty of space with the sites. We had 50amp for our trailer and water and sewer hookups.

I don't think the staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic about their…

Battle of Little Big Horn

It’s the most reasonable place to camp if you’re stopping for the night to see the national monument.

Stayed in the Sheep Mountain Fire Tower. With gale force winds blowing the shutters off...and a steep walk to the vault toilet...we bailed early. However, the Bighorns are AMAZING! Saw my 1st moose! Take tent heater for the tower unless going in middle of summer.
