We love the trails, walking in the creek, and exploring the old town site of Rocky Springs, especially the cemetery.
It's daddy's favorite site so much that the kids are getting tired of going even though they do have fun.
It is 1st come 1st serve except for the group as site.
Unless your showing up late Friday or Saturday usually spots are available. Last two times I've been the whole park is full even the…
My husband and I spent Easter weekend here from Thursday, April 2 to Tuesday, April 6th. It was a beautiful and quiet campground.
There are two camper camping areas - A and B - and a primitive area as wells as cabins. We were in B area which seems more kept than than the A area. In the B area,…

There was flushing toilets which was nice. However the water in the toilets and coming out of the faucets was brown. Bring hand sanitizer.
No Verizon coverage.
Didn’t spend long here but it was pretty. Campsites seemed nice enough. Roads were paved.
Went for a primitive campsite with some guys. Great sites with plenty of room between them. You can easily set two or three tents without having to worry about disturbing other campers.
Great Lake for kayaking. Nice big fishing pier. Great fishing for big bass and catfish along the levy.
We car camp and this was a great boondocking spot for us. Flush toilets, hot showers, and $1 (coin) laundry machines were clutch. Facilities were very clean. The water and electricity at the campsite were also helpful. Lots of RVs here, so this location is suitable for whatever kind of camping…
Don’t let the condition of the road or the buildings scare you away from this state park. These people have had to clean up after 2 hurricanes this year. All sites in campground B are level concrete, water and electric. State park grills, picnic tables and sunken fire pits all for just 20.00 per…
We recently stayed at this RV park and were severely disappointed.
The good: Close to everything. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of area. Level sites. Reasonable price.
The bad: Nasty bathrooms with no soap or paper ( this is our experience) Super small showers that need updating. A…
What can I say, tent camping, not much traffic and secluded enough with enough comfort for the kids.
Campground is very nice and convenient to the Natchez Trace. Nature and a beautiful place are your amenities. If you’re looking for a resort park with hookups then you will not find it here. If you’re looking for nature, a waterfall, remnants of a now abandoned once thriving town including two…
Well, we were here a few weeks ago and it seemed so much nicer! We are back because of a local softball tournament we were attending, and since it was nice th we first time.. This time we stayed in site 46. This is in Campground B. The pad is much shorter than expected. Our camper which is 27…

Free spot with restrooms (no showers). Just of the Natchez Trace parkway, which is nice for biking and scenic drives. A small trail takes a tour of the remains of a ghost town. Camping spots are spread out and have decent tree cover. Saw deer in the campgrounds on my last visit.
