Super fun place to be

Our site was $63 a night for 5 nights & $79 for two nights. We got a weekly rate of $574.16

We were in Site# 2144 The check in was at 12pm and Check out is at 11am.
We had Full hook- up with a concrete pull-through.
We travel towing a 14 foot trailer and were able to fit both in our pull through site along with my jeep.

The site was easy to level.

Our site was fairly shaded with one tree. This was a smaller lot with our neighbors fairly close.

The lot comes with a concrete patio with picnic table and fire ring.

It is an easy access to the campground from highway -(less than 1 mile from highway).

There is free WiFi. They offer Cable TV and there are many channels.

There is not a community outdoor kitchen but do have quite a few community fire pits.
They sell wood but were out the entire week we were there.

They pickup your garbage at your site daily.

You are allowed to ride personal golf carts. They also allow you to rent golf carts. It is beneficial to have a golf cart to get around since it is a large campground. They would not let us use our e-bikes around the campground.

They do have multiple swimming pools including a water playground and splash pad. There is a huge hot tub. We especially loved the 21+pool with swim up bar. Water Amenities are open from March 29th-October 26th. You can also rent poolside cabanas. They have a few smaller ponds for catch & release fishing.

They have a decent general store with some food, accessories, and clothes options.

There is a separate Activity Center for kids. There are tons of scheduled activities for kids like gem mining, tie dying, candle making, candy bar bingo, sand art, etc.

There is a Playground. They also offer pickleball, cornhole, and basketball sport court. There is a Game room for kids. They have a workout room for adults.

There are three bars (one serving food) and a separate concession stand that also serves food.

Right outside of the park is a delicious restaurant/fresh seafood market with a daiquiri drive thru (many flavors).

There is live music on site!

The streets are paved and good for riding bikes. There is not really anywhere to ride bikes outside of campground.

They have multiple RV slip options along with cabins/cottages/villas for rent. Tent camping is not allowed.

They have many shower houses. The shower house has individual bathrooms with your own sink, shower, toilet. These are kept very clean.

There is a few laundry facilities. They allow you to use cash or credit card. It is approximately $2 to wash and $2to dry a load.

They have a fenced in dog park (Barkaritaville) with a dog wash. It is located in the back far corner of the park.

Bugs were a little bit of an issue and bug spray was definitely needed.

There were no trails to hike in the campground but the park is so huge, it is a great walk within itself.

We shopped at the local market outside of the park and the Piggly Wiggly. We went on the Cajun Food Tour and definitely recommend this (link on CM’s website).

Nice and friendly

They were remodeling to change to Margaritaville. It is huge and will have a small water park and swim up bar and huge clubhouse when done. The side we were on was bare just a few bare bushes. If they put in some trees it wouldn’t look like such a parking lot. Each lot does have their own strip of grass between the slabs of concrete. It was fairly cheap but I assume when everything is done the price will rocket. The people at the desk were friendly as well. Their are only a few lots that are full timers. The best part is the heavenly donut and the crawfish town restaurant. Both are delicious. Lots of places for fur baby to do their business. We would stay here again if the price isn’t ridiculously expensive.

It was a splash!

Stayed 3 nights on the weekend. It rained half the time and the kids still had a blast. Plenty to do around the pool area and go karts/arcade immediately nearby. 10/10 will definitely be going back.

Great place!

Overall, super great place. There's a few things that just didn't quite make it loved.

The pools are super crowded, but that's expected.

The spots are really close together. I did like the fact that they have buddy spots, we need some camping buddies now.

Definitely recommend at least once for the experience. Everybody is really friendly, so it'll be a good time.

Nice park

Camp site are level with a picnic table. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the kid pool and the slides. The adults only pool is away from the kids pool which is nice if you don’t want to see the kids. Our only complaint is that the pool was to crowded and not many options for food other than burger and pizza.

Loud but fun activities

Our toddler liked the kids pool a lot and it’s one of those pools that is very shallow so you don’t feel as “on edge” having to keep eyes on your child at every moment. There are more adult pools with swim up bars but we spent more time at the kids pool and eating there. We especially loved the golf cart drive up access at the donut place and Crawfish Town restaurant out front. This park definitely has more of a party atmosphere but was still a great park with clean facilities and full hook ups.

Awesome

Flat sites, good water pressure. Lots to do. Stayed during Halloween and had a blast. Lots to do for the kids. Next door is a go kart track and Dinosaur exhibit. Several pools, but didn’t get to try them as a cold front came in early. Too much to list.

Friendly and clean

The camp grounds are very well kept up. Staff is friendly and will explain everything to you. Hook up sights cater to 30 and 50 amp with sewer and water. Concrete pads were very nice and I didn't hardly have to do much to level my camper. Only bad thing for which I only gave a 4 star is the road leading to the camp grounds are very bumpy and need to be re-paved. I highly recommend this place for families and couples. Swimming areas and also an adult swimming area with a swim up bar. Golf cart rentals and many more amenities.

Sitepaved rv site with 30/50 amp plus water and sewer.

Peaceful & Clean

Let’s start that COVID sucks, a lot is closed due to the CVD but it’s also a holiday week I will add as we celebrate the New Year. During the week it is quiet, and pretty empty. Pet friendly, decent space between spots, all 30/50A cable sewer water hookups.

PARTY PARK USA

This is one of the busiest RV campgrounds in South Louisiana. Be sure that you have reservations well in advance. There's a pool with a bar, game room, playground and lake. Small store on site, as well as laundry facilities. Downside is people love to party and be loud. Kids galore, so be careful of them riding golf carts every where! Campsites are pretty level, and concrete. Picnic tables and metal covered areas in the sites around the lake. No shade.

Very nice

This is one of the nicer ones. We have been 3 summers and have always enjoyed it. Movie theater, small game room, tiki bar, lots of activities and play areas for the kids, and the pools are nice. Fishing in the ponds is fun but don’t expect too much as they are very small. Weekends are very crowded and drinks are expensive but it’s always a great time.

If you are looking for a place to park your camper and ride around on golf carts this is the place for. If you are looking for a place to camp and experience the great outdoors, not so much.

Great Pool!

We were in spot 263, the spots were clean but very close together. Our 26' camper and Ford 150 truck fit in the spot without any extra space. We had a lot of fun, but there are a lot of rules that are strictly enforced. We didn't realize a section of the pool was 21 and over and an armed security guard shined his flashlight in my eyes to get my attention, to tell my son to move 2 feet on the other side of the rope. The pool has a swim up bar with great frozen drink that they will put in your tumbler. More rules, you can't drive your golf cart after 10:30, no one under 21 can drive golf carts, no floatation devices in the pool depending on who's at the gate checking...The public bathroom was nice and clean, we had a lot of fun!
