Campground was great!

Ms. Brenda is the best! This campground has all the amenities! Hot water is tricky but the coffee pot makes up for it. There’s a microwave as well. Most of all the sites are separated by the ravines. We hiked down to the creek from the site and also went on trail C at tunica. I wouldn’t recommend trail c if you have small kids unless you wear them in a pack. Brenda has wood you can purchase if you forgot or run out. We were right next to the bathroom, sink, and shower.

Mostly peaceful

You have to carry your stuff to your camp site as people have already said. Ownership is nice and helpful. You can buy a small bundle of wood for $5. Stayed in the little A frame cabin. Port-o-potties are clean and there is a shower and a sink. I also had good service the whole time(verizon.)

Beautiful and unique

Loved this small quiet camp ground. It is basically hike-in, although the host is great enough to offer to haul your stuff with her 4WD atv cart. The common areas are a surprising bonus. Shower was lukewarm but portopotties are spotless. Dishwashing station and outdoor kitchen are icing on cake.

We stayed at the site “Wilson” which was incredible. If you don’t want / need electricity site #10 is tops.

Night Life

The campground is very secluded, so you get to experience the sounds of the woods at night. Clark’s Creek is nearby for superb hiking. Port-a-Potty was clean. Road in to site is narrow, but camp host very nice. Call to reserve.

Already Planning a Trip Back

The campground is well taken care of. The owner rides her cart through the campsite several times a day to deliver firewood as needed. There are areas for the kids to play in the woods some of the areas are steep and they needed supervision (5&6 year old). It’s about a 10 minute drive to the wildlife management area if you are in to that. Geocaching and several trails nearby. My only suggestion for improvement would be to remove the indoor sink and install a 2nd shower in the bath house. We are already planning our trip back.

Great Site

My boyfriend and I camped here in October and had a blast. We enjoyed that it was walk in but still had running water and hook ups.

Hike-In Campground Less than 10 Miles from popular Tunica Hiking Spot

This campground is about as old school as you can get without being totally remote. This campground is NOT accessible by GPS, and visitors must follow the online directions. Be wary of arriving at night, as there are no lights and it is pretty difficult to get set up. Visitors can choose to hike into the campground or be driven in by ATV if available. The campground had plenty of tinder and firewood. Outdoor showers were actually not too bad in October, and I felt that they were private enough. Less than 10 miles from the Tunica trails and waterfalls that everyone knows of! Overall I liked this campground a lot, and was more secluded than most others I've been to.

Heaven On Earth

If you want to go camping were the GPS can't get you there but good old fashion directions will this is the place for you! Ms. Brenda is doing it right. 1/2 mile hike in or Ms Brenda giving you a ride back to the sites on her alterian vehicle. No vehicles allowed. The tent sites are leveled and so comfortable that you can sleep right on the ground. On a day trip you can drive 8 miles into Mississippi to Clarks Cteek for an awesome day of hiking that never forget. She also has to smal A frames back in yent site area and a 2 bedroom up front. You can purchase firewood on site het ready to be one with nature!! .
