Nice sites in the Potawatomi Campground! Would have been a 5 star but no Campground host on duty the night I camped and no toilet paper in the toilet in the Oak loop. Can't make a reservation day before camping so that kinda sucks as everything is walk in... Am on a "purpose trip" and not a…
We've stayed at this campground twice so far and enjoyed it both times. Our first visit was in April before they turned the water on (we were prepared for that). The campground was mostly empty and I don't believe the hosts were there for the season yet, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The…

It is a very nice campground. It could use some updates. More water and electric sites. Bathrooms are clean but small. The dump station was full and we couldn’t dump our camper. The staff is very nice but not always at the camp store.
From the start you feel welcomed. My site was small compared to other campsites. It was still big enough for our tent and a table and pit. We had to park in a nearby parking space because our site was surrounded by other sites and common area. There is no electric in "tent city" either, but it is…
Camped here for Labor Day weekend. The koa is right next to Indiana Beach campground and we learned campers can use amenities at both sites. Koa has two nice pools (one large pool for kids and adults and smaller one for toddlers). The IB side has a large mini golf course ($8 for those > 5)…
We booked here sight unseen due to temporary employment in the area.
What a terrible mistake.
The best thing was, that there is "full hook up" here???
This place is old and run-down to say the least, there's not a flat spot on any of the roads. The sites are dirt with something green in…
December 2020, we toured this KOA Holiday in Kankakee, Illinois for a long-term stay.
We noticed a few trailers with a lot of junk piled all around their units. When we inquired about them, were were told that those people were being evicted and would be soon gone. Great, since our site was…
10$ a night next to a park on a slightly busy street. I pitched my tent amongst the many rv trailers and had a rest on my motorcycle trip south. Not ideal for camping but a great budget option if your tired
We stopped in for the night on our way west. The check in was easy and the young lady was helpful in picking us a great spot. It’s quiet and very clean! If we lived closer I would definitely come back!!!
Clean, quiet campground. No easy way to get there. Close to Indiana Beach amusement park. No major highways nearby, so the drive was kind of....strange. At one point we were on a gravel road. This used to be a Jellystone Park, so everything is laid out nice and spacious.
I wish we were able to stay longer than one day! I loved this spot! We loved riding our bikes along the river and just being away from the hustle and bustle. Not many amenities other than showers, toilets and hookups, but it just adds to the appeal here. A great spot to get away and experience…

Used to luv this campground, previous owners passed away and now you can't do fireworks so we don't go. It's near a creek that the kids can swim in , needs updates but good bang for your buck.
The beach was good for the kids and adults. We only caught a few fish no keepers.jeepers. go I d place to back in a long one. The neighbors on both sides were very nice. I-65 is right next to the campground.
Amusement park has really went downhill, but convient campground if your going to park
Everything is brand new, including shower houses . Camping / rv spots a little close together, but nice.
