It has been many years since we have been here but its just a fabulous as we remember.
Beautiful campground, clean and quiet, even with the musical voices of children playing.
This RV park is right in town near all the local amenities. Lots to do here, hiking, boating, swimming. There are nice shade trees and nice space between campsites.

Beautiful setting. Nice campsite options, tent, RV, and yurt. Nice place to ride bikes, fish, hike, and relax.

My favorite price for a camp site is free. After buying all my camping gear (including winter gear) I have preferred to get out and rough it.
There’s a doc on a small pond that’s great for fishing or drinking a few in some camping chairs.
This place is open in the winter. I want to come back…
I came here to hang out during a logging sports event and I really enjoyed the doc area where I sat with my feet in the water. We did not swim (except my dog), but we enjoyed the landscape and the lush green grass they were growing.
I do want to camp in this park but we were camping at another…
The restrooms here are some of the cleanest of the campgrounds in the area.
This camp site is not open year round but I’m not exactly sure when it closes. I came here to do some late fall camping and it was closed.
But I have been here on two other occasions, as it’s close by and often is not…
I attended my buddies 30th birthday and it was a really nice place to hang out.
The terrain is complex and exciting to explore with canyons and great viewing points.
There were a lot of people out fishing so I imagine it’s good for a fishing getaway but we did not fish.
My favorite part of…
I came here with a large group. The river was very fast flowing and would not make a good swimming area.
Listening to the river was amazing.
I’ve been in search of local winter camping spots. I’ve never paid so much for a tent site in my entire life. It’s important to note that even though it says it’s an RV Park there are tent spots offered here.
I think the price is high just because it’s in touristy location.
There were enough…
This seasonal campground that has areas to swim. It does have restrooms and a playground for kids. I enjoy recreation here in the summer but I prefer to have more privacy when camping. I do not have phone service here.
It costs 12 dollars a night. There is a grocery store not too far away in…

The reservoir was pretty low but the camp site was incredible #48. We had water and electric. Cool little guided nature trail for an evening walk with out little one to learn about animal tracks
While this is not my favorite spot, it’s very close to where I live. This is my go to spot when I just want to get a quick overnight camp in. I will be returning here soon and will take photos to share.
Depending on the time of year it can be loud as motorists past. However, I have wondered into …

So, I’m not sure why “resort” is in the title, this certainly not a resort in the traditional sense. But, this is a great place to stop if headed up the Lochsa River and has something for everyone.
The “resort” has riverfront cabins, double occupancy motel rooms, A frame cabins, RV spots with…

The camp host is very nice. In the morning there is a beautiful fog that comes off the water. The sites have varying amount of privacy so you can find a spot that suits your preferences. There are fishing and small boat docks. I’ve been up here a lot! It’s my favorite close by paid camping ground.…
