This site is across the highway from the entrance to the Shoshone Ice Cave attraction on highway 75. If you are heading north on 75, turn right at the gift shop on the right side of the road. Proceed down the gravel road east and make a left at the first curve to the left. Right after the curve,…

We came here second week of May just after the rangers opened FR-146. We travelled all the way to the end where there is a trailer turn-around. All sites looked nice and we counted 12 designated dispersed sites, #1 was the furthest in. We ended up in 2C(the furthest in of three sites of area…
We really have enjoyed staying here. Kids love all the games mini golf, gaga ball and toys. We enjoyed the wildlife and hearing and seeing a huge owl outside our camp was a great touch. Spots were a little uneven and made our stairs a lot higher then we like.
We only stayed for one night. We have a 36ft travel Trailer and we're able to maneuver it very well. The campground road is gravelly and circles most of the small campground so you can look for a good spot. There is one pit toilet, but we didn't use it. We didn't use our computers but was able to…

Of any secondary rood
We camped here in June 2020. There are clean vault toilets but not much else. The reservoir was practically empty. There were not picnic tables and the roads off the main road were not maintained. It was hard to tell if there were campsites there at all, but there were fire rings so we pulled in…
This is not my ideal place to camp. No where to tent camp but there is camper and RV camping in what I would describe as "parking lot style". That said, if your goal is accessing the water, the boat ramp is right across the dam and this is a glorious place for boating.

If you are a fan of motorized vehicles and access to lots of off road adventure, this would be a great campground for you. I like quiet tent camping, hence the 3 star rating, others might rate it higher. We were here in the fall and there were a lot of hunters staying here. We did see some road…

Nice river is right by parking.not a crowded location. Superrrrr windy. Accessible for most vehicles/flat parking. Confirmed brown trout
Picabo Angler Silver Creek RV Park is an open 5 acre field set in the center of a quiet farming valley. There are no "camp sites" just a gravel road running around the field. Find a spot you like and park. It has a small creek running along the edge. There is a single pit toilet. We stayed here…
We stayed here last night. I know we’re at the end of the season, so the water was already turned off. There was a sign saying all sites $10. The river (creek) begins the campground was great, drowned out sound of the road. Big sites, 2 vault toilets and easy access to Ketchum.
Has many places to camp and well maintained.
Short 12-15 minute drive north from Ketchum/Sun Valley. Only 1* off because of slight road noise but it is probably not an issue for most sites. We were pretty close to the highway and it still was not too loud.
Camp Host named Rich is very helpful. $7 firewood for sale each evening.
Just 20 minutes to Shoshone Falls, clean, spacious, pool, and a bit noisy from kids in the pool.
Small loop with no traffic or noise. Bike distance to Harriman trail and easy access into Ketchum for a coffee or wine run ! Stream to wash up in. No water or electric but clean out bathroom. Water is available a short walk to a different campsite. Awesome views.
