A lot of trees are dead or gone. The office person has never heard of The Dyrt app, so no discount. 30 amp electric & water for 39 a night. Think it's on it's way down. Hope they prove me wrong. Oh! It is nestled between the freeway & the railroad tracks. Quaint.
We called on our way east from Boise an hour before they closed and they were super pleasant. We were able to grab a 30amp spot since it was hot outside and we had our pets. It was very affordable for power only ($20 in 7/21) and they were apologetic that they didn’t have a full service hookup for…
Found a nice free site near the SNRA Guard Station just north of Ketchum off Hwy 75. Private area near the Big Wood River. 3 or 4 sites with fire rings.
Stayed here one night at the end of June. No sign of COVID restrictions but seemingly everything is opening back up. Pull through spot was standard fare, not crazy crowded nor particularly spacious. We did enjoy the hot springs in the morning, springing for a private pool. Worth noting that there…
This was a great spot to park and camp on our way through. River for a dog swim and multiple spots. Only complaint was it was hard to spot the entrance at night.
i loved my campsite on the water….got afternoon shade. nice wifi signal. i am surprised that they don’t offer showers or running water, since it is available in abundance. i think it is silly that you have to pay extra for the pool. this place is great but overpriced
Alturas Lake Inlet campground is tucked into the lovely, shady forest around it. We saw plenty of birds, chipmunks and tiny wildflowers were all over our site in early July. The lake is a short walk but some campers drove over just to make it easier to tote their chairs and water gear. Bring layers…
It has been a long time since I have been there. Not a lot of amminites then. Best scenery and lots of tent sites away from crowds. Will go back again.
Close to Stanley, great site managers, and nearby lakes/trails make this a great place for all campers! (Our rig was 33ft class A)

The staff is outstanding, the facility is clean and attractive, the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.
When I arrived, the place is a smallish cute rv park. I went to dinner and came back and the whole park smelled like sewage. The office was closed, so I couldn’t ask if it was there dump tank or another source. Nonetheless, it smelled horrible.
Primitive campsites along the Salmon River. There was road noise from the nearby highway but otherwise it was quiet. I saw people fishing so I assume it's good for that. The river is great for rinsing off as well. Beautiful views, close to Stanley for essentials.
Near the Snake River. Beautiful green, shaded park. Fantastic camp staff. Ice and Firewood honor system purchase. Multiple dump stations. We were here during a 105 degree heatwave, the RV felt much cooler thanks to the trees. Excellent choice and beautiful grounds.
Pretty much a fits my definition of campsite perfection. Campsite #7 is private with a short path to a nice creek, behind a large meadow, with views of the mountains. There are large shade trees in between many sites. #7 is one of a couple of double sites that are $20 rather than $10 per night.…
North Fork is located a few miles north of Ketchum. The facilities are clean and the host is friendly and helpful.
The tent locations are a little on the small side. I have a 4-man tent and had to stamp down some grass and plants in order to make it fit. It’s odd because the sites are HUGE. …
