We camped our RV here in mid September. Weather was pleasant, staffs friendly, good wifi connection. Clean grounds. No traffic noise. Close to freeway.
Looks like it was going to be a bust but pleasantly surprised. Very nice and green . Large trees through out.
We followed our RV GPS right to Heyburn Riverside RV Park. We could see the campground (CG) as we got there and pulled right around by the camp host sites and were checked in. The very nice gentleman went over the CG’s few rules (main rule was go 5 MPH) and then escorted us to pull through site 15…

Easy pull in/out. Picnic areas. Bathrooms were clean. Don't camp on the grass, you will get wet! Sprinklers come on during the night. Easy walk up to balanced rock.
This was a solid standard USFS campsite in Sawtooth NF southeast of Twin falls Idaho. A handful of first come first serve sites, and a nice ~2 mile loop trail starts at the campsite.

Road noise is minimal depending on where you are in the RV park. Love the amenities for everyone (playground, dog parks, pool, mini golf, etc). Full hook ups available. $45 w/KOA membership (10% off), pull-through, full hook-ups. Would stay again. Very friendly and helpful family who run it. Only…
This campground has two loops. Both are nice with spacious spots. central lawn area for playing games. Plenty of open space for walks/hikes. Very close nearby is the site where Oregon trail pioneers crossed the snake river. There is a barge and other remnants of history to look at. Two RV dumpsites…
Not somewhere you want to spend too much time. Unfortunately if you need to be near family in town that you’re visiting this is the better option.
Stayed here on our way up to Boise. The campsite was convenient for us because it was close to the freeway. On the flip side that comes with vehicle traffic noise. There were places for both RV’s/campers and tents. The place was clean, well kept up and had tons of amenities including flushing…
This was a very pretty, high desert site with view of the water. Only 7 miles off the highway. Perfect sleeping weather.
I wish they could make this a full time RV Park. Great place to walk your dogs. Coming from Arizona, i was amazed with all the different types of trees and grass. Grass all over.
A lot of trees are dead or gone. The office person has never heard of The Dyrt app, so no discount. 30 amp electric & water for 39 a night. Think it's on it's way down. Hope they prove me wrong. Oh! It is nestled between the freeway & the railroad tracks. Quaint.
Spent 2 nights here when they reopened for the season. Gravel roads/sites, FHU, pull-thrus & back-ins. No shade. Next to greenway along Snake river, great for walking & views. Playground. Near train tracks but few trains & rarely heard a horn.
Stayed here one night at the end of June. No sign of COVID restrictions but seemingly everything is opening back up. Pull through spot was standard fare, not crazy crowded nor particularly spacious. We did enjoy the hot springs in the morning, springing for a private pool. Worth noting that there…
We rolled through on a Wednesday. There was two sets of campers at opposite ends. We chose a spot near the end that worked well for our car top camper. Bathrooms were VERY warm. Trash cans at each site. Sprinklers run during the days that say no camping allowed on grass. Make sure to pack away…
