This is a wonderful park. There are a lot of things to do and the sites are beautiful. This review is for the site at Hackberry Hollow. The sites are back-in sites with electrical hookups and water from a hydrant on the loop. The end of part of the loop is up the hill above the bathhouse that…

$20 FHU 30/50 amp service. Other reviews are accurate.
The park is huge and takes you along an hour long historic trail that has old settlements, ruins of workshops and beautiful view-points of the Missouri river from the bluff edges. It ends at the Indian cave (boardwalk/stairs to the cave are currently closed to all the visitors). You have neat…
It looks like the grounds were well traveled in it hay day, but today it lies desolate and not maintained. Definitely an experience for those who enjoy getting out of their comfort zone!

I enjoyed camping here the grounds were well maintained. It is off the beaten path and has camping spots that offer some seclusion from other people. The campground was designed by boys outs only downfall is the outhouses could be kept up better.
The power during the week randomly shuts off, the trash is not picked up from trash cans during week, bathrooms not cleaned during week, barely any cell service. BUT, as soon as Friday hits, the trash is collected multiple times a day, no power issues, and bathrooms are cleaned at least once a day.…
The camping spots are nice and spread out. Not a lot to do out there and the fishing hasn't been good for a long time. I like it for a quick getaway when I don't have time to go further from Lincoln.
My dad fishes here often. I like it for kayaking and kayak fishing. It has a really nice launch area. It does get quite busy over the summer months.
Fishing is great right off the bank. NRD permit required. Lots of sites but majority are on top of the hill away from the water.
Not a bad lake to camp at; offers decent fishing, decent kayaking, and a swim beach. You may run into lots of party-folk depending on when you come here.
Good cell service; on Sprint I can get 4G and Sprint sucks so you should be good in that regard. Can get some really pretty lakeside spots…
I've camped here a few times, not a bad place depending on the season. Can get pretty busy, but not as busy as Bluestem down the road.
We initially thought oh what a great overnight spot but have found this to be so much more! Location is perfect, quiet city park near police station. Walking/biking trails, playground, frisbee golf, restaurants with in walking distance, it’s a beautiful setting and the squirrels, black squirrels…

We looked and looked for this place and never found any campground or signs for it. The roads were all narrow dirt and bumpy. Found unlit dirt parking in the wildlife management area where we able to turn around and go back. Ended up spending the night in the square of Geneva, NE.
Wife found this lake on Google Maps.
We drove out on a Sunday to check it out, and was amazed by the quality of the sites for the money.
We camped the weekend of October 16th, 2020.
Dry Camping is$5 a night.
Electric (30AMP) sites are$10 a night.
We came out on a Thursday and got a…

Looking forward somewhere different to camp. Found Crystal Springs on Google Earth. Sites are big enough for our 38 foot 5th wheel with room to spare. Each site has 30 and 50 amp electric. Water also at each site. Picnic table is provided, we used our own fire ring. Three spring fed lakes to…
