Walking with Wyatt

We got in very late but these awesome folks let us in anyway. We had an amazing site #7. Lots of room with a tree! They have a laundry with restrooms & showers. They are one street from the OK Carroll! Tombstone is definitely worth the trip & Wells Fargo RV park is an awesome place to rest…

What else could you ask for? Clean and quiet. Easy to get in and out. Great amenities. A short distance from town.

Close to the Action is this Park's highlight

Being only one block away from the historic downtown of Tombstone makes up for the tightly packed conditions in this park. It has all the amenities one is looking for (laundry, showers, hookups) and nice people run the park. I did laundry in their small facility (4 washers and 4 dryers) and they…

  • Wagon gives tours of town.
  • The old courthouse (a State Park) is just a couple of blocks away.
  • The O.K. Cafe is half a block away and serves great breakfast and lunch.

This is a great campground!

Awesome stop! Great campground just down hill from old town tombstone! You wont be disappointed, nicely run and kept, everything you need. Lots to see and do in area. Sierra Vista is about 18 miles with excellent shopping. Bisbee is a fun drive through mountains and fun town to browse as well.…

Not bad for the price

Super cheap. The sites and restrooms needs some tlc. We were the only ones in the tent camping area which was a plus. This campground is good if you r doing tours in the day or just need a trip to get out.

Not for everyone but we Loved it!

I want to give this place 5 stars but not having a natural water source and locking the gates at night don’t get ya 5 stars 🤓 ...I understand their reasoning behind locking the gates however; bad humans out there that come in late at night and trash the place and don’t pay the measly $7 a night to…

By far one of the best

We have a group that camps every Valentines Day at different places. The whole team here made our trip one of the best. Very accommodating. Lots of amenities. Friendly. Just to name a few. Highly recommend this well maintained campground.

Friendly and right in the heart of Tombstone

Only 1 block from the historic district, which is great. The man that checked me in was super nice and friendly. Over all the park is pretty simple. Full hook ups. Bathrooms and showers on site, although not the cleanest. WiFi signal pretty much doesn’t work.

Themey like the town

So everything in Tombstone is pretty much a theme draw trying to get you to spend a little but I will say that when we found this campground it was a little chuckle because all the different rows are named for different aspects of the western world which is known to be Tombstone. ( Like Lariat or…

  • Before reenactments you will see these guys roaming the streets. All around town however you will see people in period clothing including all the way out by our campsite.

Spontaneous Campout at Colossal Cave Mountain Park

I took my Girl Scout daughter and her bff-first time camper to spend the night at Colossal Cave MP last Saturday. Living about an hour away, called and was told plenty of sites available, to just come on up. Arrived to find the campgrounds in dire need of maintenance and roads in pretty cruddy…

Better as Day Use or Group Campground (Don't Trust the Website)

I hope this is the hardest campground review I ever have to write. The visit to Colossal Cave Mountain Park started pretty terrible but the property manager/caretaker (Gary) saved this review. Let me start from the beginning.

Upon arrival we were checked in and told there were fire restrictions in…
