Located directly off Interstate 10, Willcox-Cochise KOA sits just over a mile from the town center in southeastern Arizona. This KOA operates year-round and accommodates RVs up to 55 feet with full hookups on level gravel sites.
The campground's proximity to I-10 creates constant highway noise, particularly noticeable for sites closest to the road. Megan B. notes that campers "parked next to the highway are approx 12 feet from the actual highway road itself and can feel and hear every single vehicle that drives by." However, many visitors find the trade-off worthwhile for the easy access and clean facilities.
Staff escort guests to their assigned sites upon arrival, a service that streamlines the check-in process. The campground features an on-site restaurant serving full meals, a heated pool, and well-maintained restrooms with warm showers. A dedicated dog run provides space for pets to exercise.
