Many campers appreciated the well-maintained facilities, excellent pool area, and helpful staff. The location near Saguaro National Park and shopping was frequently praised. Some noted close site spacing but found the atmosphere peaceful overall.

Overnight Tucson Stop

Overall a nice place. Very friendly accommodating staff, clean showers and laundry. The pool area was beautiful, wish we had time to use it! Close to Seguaro National Park, retail and restaurants. I recommend it.

Not bad but…

Convenient location just off I-10. Had some great sunsets. Park facilities are clean but a little run down. It’s more of a mobile home park and RV park combined. Some permanent stationary mobile homes and some RV spots with lots of yard stuff that makes it look somewhat junky. Pull through sites are very close together but level enough with gravel and a patio pad with table and fire pit. Dog park is all dirt but large with fresh water. Laundry is $1.75 for a large load both washing and drying. Propane fill available. Workout room was minimal but kept cool. Cactus garden was nice.

Maybe not next time

We've now stayed here 3 separate times. The first time was pretty good. The second and third times, not as much. The shore power 30 amp showed reverse polarity and a faulty ground, so we used the 50 amp with a dog bone. The last time we stayed, we were given the same site and the electric had not been repaired...after reporting it 3 weeks prior! Oops. Next time...we may go elsewhere.

Saguaro Sanctuary

This park is minutes away from the east section of Saguaro National Park. It may look and feel remote, but good shopping, restaurants and attractions are very close. It is quiet and level, with every amentity including pool, laundry and an activities room. The staff are helpful and knowlegeable about nearby attractions and services. For long or short stays, this is a go-to place to stay in Tucson.

Loved this campground !

Had a great experience here. We all enjoyed the super nice pool & hot tub. They also had a neat cactus garden to walk through.
