We have created a family oriented RV park and campgrounds that we hope to further develop to become a resort that you will want to return to year after year. Within the park there is seven-tenths of a mile of Guadalupe River frontage. One man made access point that is a stone stairway down to the river. All other access points are natural. The Texas-sized RV spaces are some of the largest in the industry with 97' pull-thus that are 39 feet wide totaling over 3,500 square feet of space! There are also some smaller RV sites for the more compact units. Spacious tile restrooms and showers are located within close proximity to the tent camping area and the RV sites. Long and short term guests are welcome, and whether you are on your own or have a large group, we welcome all with fun and friendly service.

Cranes Mill Park is located on a long peninsula on the southwestern shore of Canyon Lake in Texas Hill Country, halfway between Austin and San Antonio. Dramatic sunrises to the east of the park across Canyon Lake and sunsets on the western side of the park behind the Guadalupe River make this an unforgettable location.
Cranes Mill Park offers a ramp for boating and two fishing piers. Honestly, the price wasn't too bad. Gated community with concierge service to your site. Most sites had some degree of shade and a decent amount of privacy. The pool and shower facilities are very nice and clean. The 2 dog parks (split into 2 sections each for small and large...so 4 dog parks) really helped keep our dogs entertained. Great rotation of food trucks and activities for kids. 100% recommended for a RV Resort stay.

This is an older park, but the river access makes up for the outdated but clean facilities. Our side of the park was along the river and had great shade. The other side had no trees and seemed to be more full-time folks. Facilities are a little dated but clean. There are tons of full-time folks, and I can see why. The river is right there. Great river access and space to sit and watch the tubers go by. Very few bells and whistles. Some folks said it was much more community oriented before the new managers took over. They used to do movies and food trucks, and things just looked better. But it was nice. It was expensive for what it was, but again... the river access made it great.

This was our very 1st RV park. It set the tone for all our spots moving forward. Clean bathrooms, clean pool/hot tub, clean laundry, well stocked store, gated community, great walking trail around a big lake and near big long horn cows. Met some big white neighbor dogs on the trail, but they kept their distance. Seems like the middle of nowhere, but it's really close to Austin, lockhart, Circuit of the America's. We stayed a week. Will stay again.

Stopped here for a night driving cross country. I was blown away by the cleanliness of the park. The bathrooms and showers feel like you are in a hotel, not a campground, and all of the amenities are well cared for.
The price was well worth it for this very quiet and maintained area.

Great place to camp if you live in Ausitn or San Antonio. We camped at site 14 and it’s nice and shady and away from others. Alcohol is not allowed but no one checks your camp so don’t be rude and you can drink.
